Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wheeling

June 4th 2025 around 7:30p.m went to done in an placed my order got my order cheese for nachos and cheese is half empty the manger said that's how it comes two pumps. I said the picture shows it full an that's what I want because that's y I got it. He said well everything looks better in pictures. I said no that's false advertising. Lying to me to get me to buy something. Then my Mexican pizza didn't have sour cream an instead of them checking the screens I had to pull up my receipt even tho I never left the building an they just made my order I've worked fast food u can check the previous orders on the screens so had to pull that up to prove I paid for sour cream I didn't get by then my Mexican pizza is soggy so I asked for a fresh pizza an they all got butthole hurt but yet little dude n back made it mind u the whole time I've been standing their waiting for someone to pay attention to me so I could ask for my sour cream while my pizza was getting soggy everyone that was working was to busy singing together never missed a word for almost 3whole songs. So it seems not only can they not hear customers but they r more worried about singing then doing their jobs. But by the time he remade my pizza he was putting it n a bag idk y because we r dining in remember but he dropped the bag with the pizza off the table caught it with his knee so everything on top of the pizza was coming out the side of the box so I asked if he couldn't make me another one everyone their was butthole hurt like what's wrong with it. I said besides all the toppings r off of it? Can I get a new one made correctly this time. That Lil dude was a smart ass an took his time an barely cut the pizza it wasn't even cut through an not only that it tasted like chemicals so I didn't eat it once I tasted chemicals because y risk it. This place sucks management sucks everyone needs replaced do not go here unless u want to waste ur money an want ur food half ass done. Ridiculous fire them all even manger. Update 6-5-25 woke up around midnight sick AF coming out both ends. This place put something in my food that tasted like chemicals an now I'm sick so far almost 24 hours, I pray I don't have to go to er but I will update to make sure others know the truth. I order food from Doors dash and two of the three items were wrong. I went to the facility to have the order fixed. Once there an employee told me that I will most likely have to go though doors dash to get it fixed, but she will double checked with the manager. The manager came out and told me the same thing, but he would have my order remade. I then proceeded to call door dash customer service while waiting for my order. After that the manager came back out and had my new order ready. While I was on the phone with the customer service representative, I went through my bag to see if the order was right and notice the cheesy roll ups that were made were pretty badly smashed and distorted. I brought this up with the employees and was told that's just how they were made. One employee got pretty mad and told me (Ill just remake them) very rudely and stormed off. Then another employee came over to the counter and told me that's just how they are made. Even after I showed them what they looked like they dismissed it and walked away. I don't think I've ever been treaded so rudely by any fast food or restaurant. Its just cheese rolled up in a tortilla. How hard can it be? Absolutely love love love this place! Service is perfect and friendly! I posted this originally a while back and until tonight I have never had any issues unlike other fast food places. Tonight my son and I stopped and went through the drive thru and he ordered a #12 with a supreme taco a diet mountain dew light ice and lots of mild sauce, I got home when I realized after parking I didn't get my drink so I went back for it. Then I get back home and go to eat my food and it was completely wrong obviously I had gotten someone else's order and probably a lot of others too. So I called and was informed they don't have a #12 as #9 is the highest meal number. I thought when we ordered they said the total was $11 and some change but it was $14 and change I just figured I heard wrong or it wasn't rung up correctly and paid so after 3 trips to Taco Bell I didn't get the mild sauce I asked for a lot of and my taco isn't supreme like I ordered. So disappointed and am not about to go back for a fourth time. On the bright side they did give me coupons for free food on my next visit. So I guess I will be checking...
