This used to be a great place with an incredible buffet. Tonight was apparently not the night for that. My wife and I decided to bring the kids over this evening and what a horrible mistake! Should have turned around after waiting around 5 minutes to be seated and the entire time looking at the buffet with maybe 6 pieces of pizza on it. At this point the place wasn’t all that busy either. Finally get seated and let me tell you the waitress was not the most friendly person I’ve encountered. She said go sit there and you can eat, what do you want to drink we have Pepsi, I asked if they had lemonade for the kids she said I’ll have to make some more and walked away, she finally returned and then asked my wife and I what we would like to drink. In the meantime I managed to find 1 piece of pizza for my son and my daughter a little bit of penne pasta. My wife decided to try a salad she did not eat very much said the ranch dressing was runny and tasted watered down. There has been a gentleman standing by the buffet during all of this and my wife decided to get my son some pasta she asked the guy how long he had been waiting on pizza he said oh it’s been a solid 15 minutes. The waitress was “kind” enough to bring us our check before I had eaten anything and my wife’s partially eaten salad, great service there! Now there are more people waiting around the buffet that is still empty. Someone asked our “friendly” waitress as she walked by if there was going to be any more pizza out and she said “yup.” At this point we decided we are leaving, my wife took the bill up and offered to pay for kids buffet and our drinks, to which whoever was working the counter said don’t worry about, I was appreciative of that however we would have gladly paid for the kids and drinks. We left and ordered defelice brothers pizza, which apparently we should have done in the first place. We got our pizza from there and home and I’ll bet those poor people are still standing around the buffet waiting. Absolutely a disaster for a place that used to be a for sure go to bet, not anytime...

Placed a order for food at 11:30am, at 12:30pm after the order was placed and paid for got a call that they did not have lettuce to make our lunch with that Jebbia's truck has not come yet that they are going to call them to check status of their arrival. Never got a call back for ETA of order, I called the at 12:38pm which was told Jebbia's still has not arrived I then asked to be just to be sure "The hot food isn't already made so that when Jebbia's does arrive and the salads are made the hot foods do not get here cold" was assured that it was not made already. Finally at 1:30pm the food arrived and missing items I then called back to speak with the manager. Explained to her that 1. we placed a order 2 hours ago and which you had called a hour later to inform of us of the situation, I said for one when I placed the order why was we never told that from the beginning, manager stated "because we didn't know", as the manager and staff you KNOW and don't tell me you don't know. 2. Explained items are missing manager wanted to argue with me that items was not missing and I then asked how she was going to handle this situation manage did not respond to my question and stated that "we will get those made quickly and get them to you" then hung up on me before I could say anything else. When the food items that were missing did arrive at 1:45pm the food was COLD. Most horrible service ever , food was cold, chicken was more like beef jerky hard, grec roll was hard and cold. Read moreWife and I ordered from Greco’s last week. She ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo chicken instead of what comes with it. That means it should have been made with the grilled chicken toppings, just with buffalo. The first one we received was not what we ordered. It was the opposite, grilled chicken with the buffalo chicken toppings. Our receipt showed that it was rung in properly, and after waiting for the remake, the second one was made wrong as well. Didn’t even have buffalo. We both cook for a living and would never mess up an order twice. Ended up waiting over an hour from the time we called to the time we received it… the calzone I ordered was mid. Highly suggest going elsewhere. Since I live in Morgantown I’ll never get my money or time back from this experience and I wouldn’t suggest anyone go here. To the woman who helped me that night, it’s not her fault she works with people that couldn’t care less about the food they put out. While I was waiting, I witnessed her having a work related conversation with an employee and was interrupted by other people multiple times, the waitress, the cooks, but not the other customer who came in. Again, I cook for a living and would suggest a complete remodel of their restaurant. It’s just unacceptable and as a chef I wouldn’t stand for that behavior from my employees.
