Every time I go there it take a minimum of 15 min to even get a coffee cooler. Long if I'm getting s mocha. The cashier usually doesn't look thrilled to be there. They also never ask for my perks number (not a big deal. But it's bad PR. Especially since all the other caribou stores ask. At least that I have been to.) Once done ordering I watch 1 person try to make multiple coolers and hot drinks. Usually 1 drink at a time. Hence the long wait. Meanwhile I see 4 other employs standing around chit chatting. I look over and there's no one on register and there are 5 people standing in line. Some time goes by and one of those employees finally goes to help the people standing at the register. The others continue chatting. I don't understand how employees can be standing around while I painfully watch 1 employee try to make coffee. It could be better organized and managed. This is the 2nd negative review I have ever written but after 5 visits I felt compelled. The service is slow, the employees seem clueless at times, and the value of bagel products is weak. Most of my visit have been surreal and I often wondered if I was in an episode of PUNKED. Today I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and was told that they were out of potato salad for my side. I came to find they put the potato salad in the sandwich (not part of the recipe) and it only had 2 little pieces of cold chicken. Read moreUsually love this location however this morning after I ordered an Iced Americano moosed and only received five shots I asked the barista why it was short and she said they reduced iced drinks by a shot (no offer to double check)... however after calling THREE Caribou's (yes, this is excessive but I've been a regular at Caribou for a long time and I wanted to make sure I was correct before complaining) they all verified this was incorrect for the iced "o" drinks... what I ordered. The gentleman was extremely nice at the cashier and helped me out no problem!!
