Can't beat happy hour prices. I ordered 2 happy hour meals at different times with an hour. Both meals came out incorrectly on how I ordered them. Only 1 of the 2 was i checked back on. The bartender was very rude on 3 short occasions to her co-workers. 1) Very loudly, and I get it; i feel her pain, "Can't any employee ever show up on time? Oh did I say that outload." I let it go as frustration. A short time later, a younger waitress 20ish stood at the bar waiting for her drink to be made. Shockingly the bartender said, "Honey, if you want your drinks to be made quicker maybe you should ask the bartender how you can help them.....as the bartendered handed over a stack of 8 or so plates to her. (SAY WHAT!!!) Later on, poor Jordan, was yelled at by this bartender for pouring his own tap beer as the bartender twittled her fingers. She said that mangment is basically cracking down on self-pour becuase the amount of liquor missing etc. (This is none of the customers business, so tell him privatly, secondly get your managment on the same page - is it going to be allowed or is it not? Becuase I know exactly whats happening, some bartenders/managers are allowing it and others are not. None of these items above should be done in the public eye. The food was hot and tasty although not perfectly to what I ordered. The bartender did fill my water multiple times, which I apprecaited and listed to the fact I wanted a water. None of the patrons were thanked for their business, come again and the length people had to wait to just get approached by the staff here was mindboggling. She could have been excellent by zipping the rude comments to her employees and hustle a bit more, expedite food, welcome customers, thank customers, make sure they have suppolies like wet-wipes, napkins, silverware. Jessica (dark hair) our host (the other one working with her was Emily (curly hair) she was very openly rude to my aunt. If I was the manager Iād really get this figured out cause it was absolutely ridiculous)had sat us at a 6 high top even though she saw our grandma and her health, as well as our reactions and said she would have to push tables together (which is her job) if it was busy I would understand but it wasnāt busy at all. I am not mean to customer service workers. I was one myself which is why this bothered me so much, my manager would have never let us do that. Customers always come first. Not boyfriends, which Jessicaās ended up showing up in which she gave him a long hug and go talk to him for a couple minutes smiling, complaining about being stressed out about the not even busy restaurant but couldnāt even give us a smile. The blonde waitress seems very nice and joyful walking around the restaurant, wish we wouldāve had her for our waitress. The girl who was being rude also didint have a name tag so Iām not sure if it was Jessica, I was just looking at the seating sections but she had dark hair, tattoos on her arm, and a boyfriend. I got home and they did not have any sour cream or butter for my baked potato- even tho i called in to add extra sour cream. I immediately called...got the " did u wanna come back?" No, i am home and ready to eat. I was compensated w/ a 5.00 g.c. Thank you... Yesterday, i was having a dinner party ( no i don't cook...take-e-outie only) ordered 4 meals. Again, called to add sour cream. Got home.... missing fries, no sourcream, and one side of garlicky grean beans HAD 3 beans! Wow!! Called to inform of missing fries and sourcream... hadn't opened the sides yet. She apologized and i just said " i guess i will have to find a new place" "no, no talk to Jason(?) he will talk you into staying loyal" placed me on hold and was disconnected. They had ALL my info. Never received a call back. Horrible PR. Looking for a new easy to pick up to go orders :) I SUGGEST Sit and scrutinize your order! I even tip on card plus cash tip to person bringing it...
