11/12/23, 3:00pm.... Not exactly sure what I did wrong as a customer. If you are the owner of this restaurant please tell me how I can be a better customer. I've been coming here about once a month for a long time now. I came in today to surprise my wife with a few cupcakes. I stood at the register for few minutes while the young lady took someone's order when the just walked in. I continued to stand there and again she kept ignoring me. I politely asked a few times if I could place an order... nothing.... maybe she didn't hear me I thought. I then moved over to the counter where the cold side items are and she looked at me a few times. I finally asked if I could please an order and I know she heard me.... she says oh yea step over here. I'm thinking good, so I commented that I tried to get her attention a few times and her reply is "oh yea, we've been busy". I politely excused myself thinking ok, well I probably should take my business someplace else because you are "too busy". Look I know finding help is hard, and I have seen this young lady every time I've stopped in over the past 2 months. Maybe she's just tired of working - I'm not too sure. Like I said in the beginning, maybe I need to leave a bigger tip on the pop up screen next to the register.... got my own thoughts on that pushy sales tactic...
Read moreWe have ordered at this place almost two to three times a month. I hate the bread and don't particularly like the subs. My wife likes it so I eat it anyways. She ordered online and I seen the order emailed back to her. So should have been OK. Well one sandwich was wrong so we called so they would replace it. The manager blamed it on my wife and brought out another sandwich took the old like they use it anyhow and once again at my front door said she ordered it wrong. Even if she did don't rub it in but I opened her email and she didn't. Not only is the manager wrong but unprofessional. Don't come to my front door giving me that kind of service. If I treated my customers that bad right or wrong I wouldn't have any at all. Just like how you just lost one. You can keep your sandwich shop gas station customer is always wrong business...

From 3 years ago: New employees or something? Way better than it was a few years ago! I think his name was Mike that took our order. I was really impressed with this Tubbys. Definitely made me one satisfied costumer:)
I’m updating my review. This place was great. 3 years ago. Now I call and they NEVER have gluten free bread. First few guys were nice about it saying they would get more in the following Monday. I call today and the lady who answered the phone was extremely snotty. I asked when would they have the gluten free bread in and if they could order more because they always run out. Which would make sense to a logical person. She just snottily said “we will do that thank youuu” and hung up. I may try one more time in a few weeks before I give up on this...
