Food was good, I was kind of excited to see a sign for the chicken salad sandwich up today August 28th so I asked about it only to be told they haven't had it for months and that it's not his job to remove the sign it's Management's job. Management proceeded to count the drawer in front of the whole line that was standing behind me... the older gentleman that was at the cash registers taking all the orders and also expected to put the orders together while the other employee is sitting at a table in the lobby with all of the managers home boys who are also located outside in the parking lot...🤷 when everything started to get busy and the older gentleman that was working the cash register started getting the orders together the manager continued to stay busy not paying the line any attention. Then when one of the guests asked for his help with something or seeing if something could be hurried up he of course asked his cashier who is expected to do everything to come and help the lady or to get his fingerprint in order to proceed. We later than heard him disrespecting the older gentleman as the older gentleman was kind of pleading with him to do a better job of being a manager. It was disappointing and really disheartening to witness this stature of unprofessionalism. We didn't expect much choosing to go to a fast food restaurant but we did expect customer service especially from management. There was none. And it was truly disgusting. Still truly grateful for the Arby's brand that created the curly fries and the famous beef and cheddar with the Arby's sauce that was the reason I came here today and I got exactly what I asked for but they did not have cherry turnovers another disappointment but not too...
Read moreMe and kids went inside to eat. There was no line and only 1 car in the drive thru at the time. Its was about 8-815pm after parent-teacher conferences. We went right up and placed or order witch included 3 roast beef classics, large fry and 2 waters 1 soft drink. We got our drink cups right away but the food was another story. We sat there and watched 3 people come and place orders after us who got their food before us and left and some stayed and ate in the dinning room. This entire time we were standing at the counter still waiting for or food. We also saw drive thru getting their orders bagged and handed out. I didn't count those as much bc i was pissed witnessing these people making orders after me and my kids get their stuff. My kids were getting upset because they were hungry. They were not to quit about it either ( kids tired and hungry equal whiny ) " where is our food and why are they getting their food 1st ect" . I spoke up several times asking and it was " just one second" it was 17-23 minutes later we got our food. There was some kind of sauce all over our wrappers and then upon opening them up it seemed to have roast beef basically every where other then in-between the buns!! Then to make matters worse I have never seen Arby's roast beef look that bad!! By that time they had people in line so we chose to leave because at that point I had lost all patience .. Read moreMy boyfriend and I used to love coming to this location in Whitehall. Lately not so much. There was a really beautiful soul that worked here named Ashley. She was always greeting customers with a smile and very professional when working. Ashley usually worked evenings and lately I have not seen her there. I miss the customer service from her always quick and polite! I really hope and pray Ashley comes back. Past few experiences have been absolutely awful with this whitehall location. There is a manager named Brad that is just mean and nasty to the customers that come inside to eat. I witnessed him being this way with a couple in front of us today. Then an employee even came from the kitchen to act like he was going to fight the husband of the couple after the husband and wife was polite trying to get their order replaced. The husband quickly put Brad and Dustin in their place and walked outside to deescalate the situation. Both men continued to cuss at the woman who stayed to tried to get a refund and then they had the audacity to not give them their correct food or refund smh.
