I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the fish dinners. Once I received the drinks I realized that I had not made the combos large. I asked if it would be ok if I could upgrade my fries to a large. And had money ready to pay the difference. I did have one crinkle and one curly however, I didn't think it was that big of an ask. The lady at the window turned around where I can still see and hear her and yelled I need both those fries to be a large. She just now told me. Or something to that effect, but in a really nasty tone and attitude. I tried to get her attention to tell her that Seriously if it's a big deal, don't worry about it. She never did turn back around to look at me. When she handed me my bag, I let her know that it was only a request, not a demand so I didn't think I deserved the reaction. Also, when I call to alert you that your employees not wearing gloves is something that should be reported, don’t call me back to harass me. I deleted the voicemail and didn’t listen to it. You have time to stand around and try to attack customers for complaining but not to slip on a pair of gloves? Disease is a thing. Some people have compromised immune systems. But now, there is almost always something missing from our order, and since you tape the bag closed, it's difficult to check. Since the whole order is on the register slip that is attached to the bag, there is no reason to have any missing items. We're still charge for the items, but don't get them.
