Service was absolutely horrible. We were seated promptly, and that was the end of anything prompt. It took almost 10 minutes for our server to come over, at which time we ordered our drinks, chips and salsa, and entrees. It was almost 20 minutes until we got our drinks, chips, and salads that came with our meals. Our salads were served on a hot plate, and the salad was warm and inedible. We would have said something to our server, however he was nowhere to be found. We got our meals eventually. My quesadilla was soggy and full of grease. My wife’s steak was cold, dry, and unseasoned. My daughter’s French fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. My other daughter asked for sour cream, however was already done her meal by the time we got it. My wife and my meal came with a dessert. Because we had already been there for over an hour and the kids were getting very antsy, we asked for our dessert in a box to go. It took almost twenty minutes to get our dessert, and it was not in a box. We asked for a box, to which our server told us he would get us one when he has a chance, defeating the purpose of taking it to go, so we rushed to eat it and were unable to enjoy it, as after an hour and a half in the restaurant, the kids were very antsy. Throughout our stay, our server may have checked on us once, if that. It was not until we were able to get refills for our drinks that had been empty for half an hour.
We had dined earlier in the week at this same restaurant and had a similar experience with the same server. Hoping that it was an off night, we gave the restaurant a second chance. After this evening’s experience, I can honestly say that this was one of the worst dining out experiences we have had and we will not be back. We do not eat out often as it is not something we budget for, and this experience was a waste of the money set aside to treat our family...
Read moreIf I can give this location no stars, I would. First of all my family & I came to Chillis for the first time expecting something more than what we received. Expectations were too high. When we entered there was so much people & so many empty tables. The host was very friendly & polite… I kind of felt bad because everyone was pissed at him but it’s not his fault. When we questioned why we can’t be sat at a table (we had a lot of kids & needed seats) he stated the kitchen was behind. Already a red flag but my family was trying to give this location the benefit of doubt. WHEN sat at a table the table was DIRTY. I witnessed the lazy work of cleaning the table. Initially we waited 15-30 minutes just for a dirty table. The bathrooms were disgusting, piss on the floor, one stall clogged… The kitchen was disgusting stuff all over the floor. This place needs to be inspected and have better management. Staff eating in tables and hiding and sitting in booths. Walking around taking there sweet time. It was my sister birthday and by the time we were ready to leave and get the check it took about 15 minutes. We were all ready and annoyed and had our jackets on when they came to sing happy birthday, absolutely not prepared. We didn’t even know which table they were going too because they were all discombobulated. TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAVE SEVERS CLEANING THE BOOTHS WITH A DIRTY BROOM. NEVER...
Read moreJust moved in the area and have been trying out the restaurants here. This one turned out to be my favorite despite having some slight concerns but nevertheless.
I dined in on Presidents day knowing that people and school children had off, but my mom insisted going to Chili’s. Didn’t look too busy until we got in to wait. The waitresses looked stressed running around like crazy and was worried about our first experience being this.
Eventually we sat (not waited that long) and had a wonderful waitress with such beautiful makeup take care of us. She was very attentive and genuine and even made my mother smiled when she called her mami! Service was fast paced despite all of the tables around us.
My expectations for the food wasnt high but it was hot and good! All I care about. My mother loved her chicken enchiladas so much she took them home. Served also got us chips to go and wasn’t rushing us to finish up and pay.
The only thing if I had to complain about would be my margarita. I got a straw berry president margarita and it was so flavorless tacky. Told our server and she got me a new better tasting one. I would recommend any margaritas to be handmade! Overall me and my mom has a wonderful time even though they got a holiday rush. I agree with a previous review that they seem very understaffed, but thanks anyways cant...
