My favorite Steakhouse restaurant. Why..? This place fairly balances the quality of food/steak based on its taste to my personal experience and taste to the price. I like the ribeye cut, stuffed mushrooms, the bread and butter, loaded sweet potato and Czar salad..!! I wish they fire grilled all their cuts, including boneless cuts. It would make them better tasting, in my opinion, instead of griddled non bone in cuts. I have noticed that texas roadhouse cuts taste about the same, but i don't like their sweet bread and butter, TRH price is slightly better. So LHSH wins my bill. I've had steaks priced around 100$ and over. In Vegas, Texas, Kansas/Missouri, California, Oregon, Montana, New York, Utah. Etc. Yes !! their cuts are buttery, including other cuts besides fillet mignon !! Beautiful silverware, 5/5 atmosphere, surrounded by people in suits, but lacking the best part, flavor.!! Steaks are bland. I've gone out to places that have great reviews, and the food was around 2 stars or under. Yes, they had a great atmosphere, but atmosphere is no great good. LHSH is the BEST STEAK FOR THE MONEY, that I have been to so far. IMPO. Even redlobster has a great peppercorn sirloin for the money. It's a hit or miss though. Sometimes it feels like at the end of the day, they might thaw the steaks in the microwave, ruining that steak. At least at the RL places I have been to. LHSH is casual, decent atmosphere, affordable, available in many states, no need to fly out of state for a steak, no need to pay 25 to30 $ + tax on a side of fries when i can get a meal for this price at LHSH. If anyone have a hidden gem for restaurant, please let me know.

Read moreI visited this location today, and I was beyond dissatisfied. Mainly due to the type of service from our waiter Tabitha. For the first time I have chosen not to tip. For starters she started off with a neutral tone in her voice while placing our order. The moment we asked the price of an item that was not listed on the menu or at least I did not see her voice got so loud as if me and my family was on the other side of the restaurant. And started to show us discounted items on the menu as if that is what we were looking for. What really upset me is the restaurant was not crowded or loud for her to be as loud as she was. Very embarrassing. Me and my family visit many steakhouses in many different states. However when you ask for your steak cooked a specific type of way not all chefs follow those orders we typically order medium well however the last longhorn we went to made the steak rare, so much blood. So we told the waiter we wanted well but not burnt or overcooked basically just no blood. She brought back dry overcooked steaks that almost made me choke. And when she asked how was the food I let her know it was dry, she proceeded to say you should have gotten the medium well. No you should have specified to the chef exactly what we said to you. On top of this my food was served on a dirty plate. Highly disappointed with this place and spent $100 in 2024 this is not small money given the price of food. Customer service was not good at all. Tabitha should have some sort of customer service training and being able to communicate to customers needs or concerns with the chefs for a better customer service experience. She is the type of waiter that you tell there is a peanut allergy at the table but fails to let...
Read moreI want to start by saying that the service provided by our server was absolutely incredible. They were attentive, kind, and quick. The restaurant itself was clean, we were seated promptly, and most of the food was delicious. However, my experience was overshadowed by how my dietary needs were handled.
I have specific dietary restrictions (no gluten or dairy) and made it clear that I needed my steak cooked in olive oil and my sides prepared plain. Unfortunately, the steak came out completely burned. I politely asked for it to be remade, and while the server promptly went back to the kitchen with the issue. A manager then came to my table and tried to explain that due to cooking my steak in olive oil it would come out “Pittsburgh style,” resulting in the charred appearance. My steak was not charred. It was completely inedible. Please see images of my steak vs. a “Pittsburgh style” steak.
I was shocked by this explanation and explained that I’ve had steaks at LongHorn and other restaurants cooked in olive oil before, and they’ve never been served burned or tasted that way. It felt dismissive of my concerns, and frankly, it seemed like an excuse rather than a genuine explanation. The manager then had the steak remade and it came out perfect.
They offered to let me take home the burnt steak and possibly feed it to my dog. I took it home and didn’t even feel comfortable feeding my dog portions of the steak.
While I appreciate the quick service and the efforts of the staff, I hope management takes this as an opportunity to revisit how dietary requests are handled and also not try and combat the customer. This situation could have been...
