HORRIBLE! Ordered a #1 cheeseburger meal with a Dr. Pepper in the Drive Thru. I Paid for my food and was asked to pull forward, out of the way, to wait. Why? I don't know, as no one was in line behind me. After 5 mins, someone brought my food out, handed it to me saying, "Here" and walked away. (Odd, but ok) I pulled into the parking lot and tried to eat my meal. The burger was the same mediocre crap we've become accustomed to, and the soda had a lid that wasn't put on fully. But the French fries.. They were truly disgusting! Cold, soggy, & WAY over-salted. I decided to go back & say something to the manager. When I went back to the drive-thru and asked to speak to the manager, I discovered that the person who gave me that disgusting meal WAS THE MANAGER! I tied a knot in one of the French Fries IN FRONT OF HER and asked her to eat them. I got a blank stare in return. I asked her to TRY AGAIN because these were inedible, and she said, "Pull forward, it'll take a few minutes." I asked if it was too much to expect an apology for what she served me, and I got a half hearted 'Sorry' before she closed the window and disappeared. The WORST part was that she sent a kid to deliver the new fries instead of facing me herself. (Sad) I don't know the manager's name, but I know she is TERRIBLE at her job and I now understand why the restaurant was EMPTY at 5:30 PM.

Read moreI had a horrible experience. I even tried to give them the chance to make it right. At lunch time I went through the drive through got a ham and cheese. I started to eat it and I bit into something hard. I thought it might be a fluke bit into it again started chewing and found a bunch of hard stuff in there I'm pretty sure it was a shaving of a ham bone. I was on my way to an appointment so I missed lunch. Went back later in the day talk to the manager. She informed me that she had to call a district manager. Then she came back and said I thought kind of rude and said the district manager said we don't have bones in our ham. So if you're telling me there's no bones in your ham then that means it's a foreign object of some type and that's much worse. I said I'm not trying to cause trouble I just got a product that had something in it and I'd like my money back then she said she had to go call the manager again then that manager apparently said he had to call the regional manager. I waited 20 minutes....And then I had to go because I just didn't have time I had to do some work. It's the principle of the thing I got a product that costs $6 and it was defective all they had to do was look at me and go yeah he's not the type to buy it eat a little bit and want money back just so you could be fed. I eat at Hardee's all the time in many towns. I found it very odd that a manager can't be trusted in the store to make a decision of one ham and cheese sandwich. The honest truth is I felt disrespected and I also felt like I was treated like I was some kind of liar. I even went through the trouble showing them the chewed meat with my fingers and even offered for them eat the rest of the sandwich if they didn't believe me. The service was terrible. Of everything we order they only had 1 item, that was it! They didn't have milkshakes, they didn't have cinnamon rolls and they only had 1 tortilla to make the chicken tender wraps. Ordered 2 was told the total was $5.35, so we gave the girl $6. She then says " We only have enough stuff to make 1 wrap". Doesn't tell us what the total is, just hands back $2.80. No receipt no words just hands over the money and walks away. We sat at the window for 5ish minutes then she comes back hands us a bag with 1 wrap and 0 napkins. When asked what we were charged she rudely says, " I will be right back", then proceeds to walk around to the back of the restaurant. She waited to see if we would just leave, We did not! So she brought over the Assistant Manager ( said so on her shirt) who proceeded to have the most awful attitude.
