It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Whitehall

I ordered a 60$ 32 wing combo meal for delivery with a 20% tip on my creditcard. I never received the food though... They use doordash as a 3rd party delivery service. I received a text saying my order was cancelled right after the doordash driver had the order in their possession. When I called the store to see what happened they said they couldnt do anything because they are only responsible up to the point when the food is taken by the driver. They said this has been happeneing a lot recently but they continue to allow people to fall prey to this scam? They directed me to doordash support who told me we had to get in contact with Its Just Wings. They are located in TX and any time you call them its just a busy signal. Ive left two messages with and doordash says I have 48 hours to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE Its Just Wings...

I ordered for pickup. It was done super quick, I realized after I got them home why it was so fast. They were not cooked throughly and there was this fatty gelatinous layer under the skin.
