Read moreWhen I arrived the hosts were nice they definitely sold me on sitting down and trying it out. I was waiting on one guest to arrive but they had told me if I sit down my 2 hours would begin and everyone would get charged for the full 2 hours even the person that was late. Which is no big deal but I’m here with 3 kids and no waiting area to sit in. I said alright I will go sit down at my table. Since they have only been open a few days I thought okay I’ve never been here before let me ask the waitress what they offer. Every meal for adult was set rate and for child which is fine but my questions began when the waitress told me that if one person decided to get the Korean bbq then everyone had to get the Korean bbq at the table. Which is 30.99. If one person wanted the hot soup then EVERYYYYONEE had to get the hot soup. Which is 35.99. My problem is what if I didn’t want that then I would have had to eat it anyway and pay an extra 6 dollars. Next the ordering was easy but they just kept piling shaved meat on our table to the point there was like 7 plates. Then my waitress gave me the dirtiest look after we didn’t eat all the shaved meat and I gave her a plate of extra that she ordered for us accidentally. When we got the Korean bbq my waitress just asserted herself to make it for us which was fine but after we had told her there was 2 chefs sitting at the table we got this. It’s Korean bbq your supposed to do it yourself after they charge you about 40$. But the kicker was she cooked our meats burnt our seafood then turn off the burner and my husband couldn’t order more chicken even though they say it’s all you can eat. But we didn’t even get a chance to order more food none the less talk to our family and friends because we were timed to eat our food. She turned off the hot plate said times done no more ordering but “we could take our time to eat.” Seasonings were half way across the room not at your table. And I mean the most blandish seasonings ever! Salt pepper and that’s it! They had a little nice display of dessert some ice cream, cake, jello and fruit but I mean over all won’t be coming back due to poor skills and also the fact that they charge 13.99 PER LB for waste at your table! And the fact that most of the wait staff doesn’t know where the food is going half the...
Read moreMy husband and I really enjoy Korean BBQ, the food at this location was amazing. There are just a few things I would note. We went 3 weeks after they opened and it was Very busy. So the wait was long which I understand. However I think the host's could be more organized and improve. When we arrived we were told 45 mins, we went down to Ross and shopped for those 45 mins came back and still waited for an additional 30 mins. During this time we were right next to the host stand, I listened to the two host say "we are gonna skip Sara's party and seat this party with the kids because they are being loud". Sara came in after they sat the party with the kids to ask how much longer! and they said her table was still not ready yet, but they had actually given her table to someone else. Half of Sara's party left cuz they eventually got tired of waiting. We also gave the hostesses our phone number so it would alert us when our table was ready. I had gotten an alert that my table was ready. I showed the hosts and they told me my "table wasn't actually ready and the system is wrong". A min later who i assume is the manager or the owner comes up and said he has a table for Jessica ready to the host, and they went back and forth about it in confusion!?!? But they ended up seating us. Finally time to eat. The buffet items were great. We had ordered just the Korean BBQ and not the hot pot. In my experience at similar places you could still order all vegetables to grill on the Korean BBQ. I love mushrooms and only the king oyster mushrooms were available for Korean BBQ menu. I wanted to order shitake mushrooms as well for the grill and was told it is only a hot pot item. Hot pot is I think $5 more, I can see it being extra for the additional soup base and noodles and certain meats. But THE VEGTABLES, come on!! I think all vegetables should be available, for just the BBQ but that's my opinion. Given it was very new restraunt I understand some of these complaints are kinks that can be worked out! I still very much...
