Oh my goodness! Our experience at Red Crab Seafood was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated to an assortment of incredible drinks. I must say, those alcoholic beverages were exceptional! They struck the perfect balance, not overly sweet but delightfully strong. And our server and bartender, Sami, truly showcased her expertise in crafting these drinks. Every sip was a burst of flavor and satisfaction!

Now, let's dig into the savory indulgences we encountered. We undertook on a feast that exceeded all expectations. We savored a pound of succulent king crab, another pound of mouthwatering snow crab, and a generous portion of plump, juicy shrimp, all seasoned with a mild juicy sauce. Let me tell you, we've traveled extensively, including to the famous Hot N Juicy Crawfish in California & Las Vegas, NV and yet Red Crab Seafood secured a solid second place in our hearts! The crabs were cooked to perfection, making it effortless to relish every morsel of that delectable crab meat. And oh, those Cajun fries! They were simply divine. You'll be thrilled to know they even prepare their own delectable ranch dressing that perfectly complemented the fries.

But the surprises didn't end there. We couldn't resist indulging in a delightful dessert—a strawberry cheesecake. Each forkful was pure bliss, with a freshness that hinted it had not spent excessive time chilling in the refrigerator or fallen prey to frost bites. It's not often you find a place that can masterfully create and preserve a cheesecake's flavors while maintaining the ideal temperature, but Red Crab Seafood certainly excelled in this regard.

And let's not forget about the exceptional service provided by Sami. Throughout our entire dining experience, she went above and beyond, ensuring our every need was met. Her skills as a server and bartender were unmatched, and her warm and polite demeanor added an extra touch of charm. So my boyfriend and I went to Red Crab the other night. (We have been there before and it’s always been fantastic with the best staff.) We arrived an hour and a half before they closed, which we are usually done within an hour so we didn’t think anything of it. We got seated right away and got our drinks. Then our server came to take our order but the entire time she was talking to her coworkers and asked us multiple times to repeat what we wanted. As we were ordering a table was sat next to us. They got their food, ate, and left before we got our food. She then continued to mop with very strong chemicals. Right next to us and everyone else eating. It gave me such a bad headache I was debating on leaving. Not to mention she was touching the end of the mop and I watched her go right into the kitchen to get our food. After a while our food came out and she left it all in the bags and didn’t light it on fire. I know it doesn’t seem that big of a deal but that is part of the experience. So we had to dump the bags and ended up spilling a lot of the sauce. Also when she dropped our food off she was on her phone instead of putting the plates down! We asked her for refills and I watched her talk to her coworkers and write on a white board instead of bringing back our drinks. We were almost done by the time we got a refill on cokes. Also our food was cold!!!What a joke. We then had to wait an extra 20 minutes for her to check on us for boxes and the check. She sat at the bar talking to all of her coworkers and counting her money instead of caring about her table.

Side note all the servers were fighting about who would be taking the tables that came in “late”. Very unprofessional and honestly I don’t know if I will be back.

I am a server and I know we all have bad days and I will always give benefit of the doubt but this was completely unacceptable. We were her only table and to be completely ignored and pushed to the side was extremely rude. I called the manager and he told me I need to go back and they will give me 20% off next time. This place was exceptional!!!! The staff was incredible sooooo friendly the second we stepped in Brenda greeted us with a smile and was beyond polite. The service was out of this world! I have never been treated so kindly by a host. The energy of the restaurant is laid back and fun. People were even dancing to the music as we waited for our table which we loved!

Our waitress Averie was AMAZING! I asked her to surprise me with a drink and the bar did not disappoint. She was so kind and friendly gave great advice as to what to choose and had great enjoyable personality!!! She showed up at the exact times we needed like magic! she was so sweet! She made us smile and laugh and just made our experience that much more enjoyable. She and Brenda deserve to be appreciated for going above and beyond with client service. Food got there SO QUICK!! The restaurant was extremely clean and organized! It very much impressed us! It was very refreshing to be a a restaurant where we felt like we could take our time without being pressured to finish and leave. The vibes of this place are superb this was our first time here and we will be coming back VERY SOON! Lobster, crab, shrimp everything was cooked to absolute perfection! We lived in Naples Florida and this lobster blew Florida lobster from a Michelin star restaurant out of the water.
