I came to buy a shirt they have no dressing room to try on so the young lady told me about the refund policy. I go to ring up with Maya and I noticed that the same 2 shirts I was buying had 2 prices $15.99 and $7.99. So I was like why they not the same so they checked and it was tagged wrong okay not my fault I’ma customer buying and the rain I picked out the shirt was for the $7.99 tag. So Maya like I’m going to double scan the $15.99. No you won’t you will honor the tag price. Maya supposedly the manager talking about no I can’t. Honey if I didn’t bring to your attention I would have paid that price. Well this heffa going to grab my stuff talking about I can’t purchase??? I swear I was being real nice about it I even asked to speak to her manager which she had none. When I say Maya was so rude it was unbelievable. Needless to say I bought the shirts because it’s not the money it’s the principle and I will be back there Monday because the other young lady told me the real manager will be there. It was an honest mistake and I apologized, but the employees behind the counter decided to chew me out for it. I yelled back because I will NOT allow anyone to talk to me in such a way. On top of that, they generally had a bad attitude. Y'all should hire people who have better customer service skills and are better at hiding how miserable they are at their jobs.
