It is truly a shame when poor customer service care ruins your entire outlook on what would have been a seemingly great restaurant experience. To start, we came in eager to try this place out. The reviews were great and the place looked beautiful! When we walked in, there was no one there. Weird, yes, but we waited for someone to seat us. Finally, a younger lady seated us and handed us menus. Us being from NYC, we are used to buying specialty slices, so we asked our waitress if we were able to get slices of the specialty pizzas, to which she told us “yes”. Excited to try the slices, we put in our orders and awaited our food. Some time after, we received our appetizers. The mozzarella sticks and garlic knots were a 10/10, flavorful, fresh, delicious. My sister got a Cesar salad, which was also a 10/10. We were off to a great start. Atlas, our slices arrived…and that is unfortunately when things went downhill. We ordered one margarita slice, one Hawaiian slice, and one Buffalo chicken slice. A margarita slice is traditionally saucy with dollops of cheese and garnish. The slice we received was a normal cheese slice with extra cheese, a tomato, and garnish. The cheese was so solidified that we could physically lift each layer of cheese from the dough. Disappointed, we asked our waitress for clarity and she took the slice back to the kitchen for us. Next up, we received the Hawaiian slice. Again, this was another normal cheese slice with toppings sloppily placed on top to be disguised as a “Hawaiian” pizza. Again, disappointed, we discussed the false advertisement to our waitress and she happily removed the slice from our table. Soon after, we received the Buffalo chicken slice, and this one actually looked to be an authentically made slice and was absolutely delicious! As we were eating, a lady with a claw clip came storming towards our table and approached us in an extremely hostile manner. She came with not even a “Hello”, but instead with a “Is there an issue here? I have my waitress sending me back food twice and I wanted to understand what the problem is.”. Taken back and confused, we responded with our concerns to which the woman responded (with the most passive aggressive tone) “We don’t sell our specialty pizzas by the slice. I’m the owner. That is my niece, she does not really know what she is talking about. My workers are supposed to be here and they haven’t showed up yet, they’re late. I was going out of my way to just make you guys the slices because you had already ordered and then you are sending the food back.” Again, confused, we responded that the waitress informed us that we were able to order by the slice and that we as new first-time customers, had no idea that specialty pizzas had to be purchased by pies. We explained that we would not have had an issue with ordering the pies, but that we were simply misinformed and unaware. In our perspective, we were not doing anything wrong and explained that we were disappointed in the results and appearance of our slices as they looked to be sloppily made. The woman then responded repeating that they only sell specialty pies and that they have the ‘best’ margarita pizza and wished that we would have ordered the pie. We tried to be understanding and empathized in the frustration of not giving the best impression of a product you take pride in. However, we were really disappointed in the owner’s delivery. Not only was the communication hostile, but also distasteful and disturbing to new first-time customers. Before leaving, we asked to speak to the owner again. We expressed that we were disappointed in how she handled the situation and felt we did not deserve the hostility as we were misinformed and unaware of any wrongdoings on our part. The owner did apologize, removed the slices from our tab and gave us a gift card. We appreciated this deeply but felt it was only given because we initiated the conversation. We can only hope that this experience will shape future interactions with following customers. Sorry to say that we will not...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Davinci's Pizzeria, and I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had there! As someone who was looking for a quick bite to eat, I stumbled upon this gem and couldn't be happier with my decision.
From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. A server named Adam approached me, and I inquired about their steak sandwich. With a twinkle in his eye, he assured me he could get me the best steak sandwich I'd ever tried – and he wasn't exaggerating!
The steak sandwich I received was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. I can only describe it as the "holy grail" of steak sandwiches. Each bite was like heaven on earth, a symphony of flavors and textures that danced on my taste buds. The steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, while the bread was fresh and complemented the meat exquisitely. The combination of ingredients created an experience that was beyond anything I've ever tasted before.
But it wasn't just the food that impressed me – the service at Davinci's Pizzeria was truly top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing the best dining experience possible. The owners, too, were warm and welcoming, taking the time to engage with customers and ensure everyone was happy with their meals.
In summary, my visit to Davinci's Pizzeria was nothing short of incredible. The heavenly steak sandwich, coupled with the phenomenal service, has secured this restaurant a special place in my heart. I cannot wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings. If you haven't been to Davinci's Pizzeria yet, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit – I promise you won't be...

This might just be the first time I’ve ever given a 5-star review for an order that wasn’t quite right.
I placed a delivery order—two pies for our big family of eight—and only one showed up. Eight hungry people, one lonely pizza. You can imagine the scene. When I called, the mystery unraveled: another gentleman with my same name had stopped in, and walked out with a two-pizza order meant for us… without saying a word!
Once the mix-up came to light, the owner herself, Janis, personally fired up the oven and baked not one but two fresh, perfect pies—then topped off the order with her homemade tiramisu to sweeten the evening.
Sure, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes, and yes, the kids were getting restless. But the moment that tiramisu hit the table, all was forgiven.
The pizza? A stellar rendition of the classic thin New York pie: a sauce that’s sweet yet bold, cheese in perfect proportion, and that crispy “undercarriage” (shoutout to Dave Portnoy) that makes for an ideal bite every time.
At first, I thought this might be our first and last order from DaVinci’s. But after experiencing the warmth and integrity of this family-owned business—and seeing them go above and beyond to make it right—I’m all in for Janis and her family making it big here in the...
