Sinclair's Bakery — Restaurant in Whitehall

These pastries are to die for! My favorite is the cheese danish, but the bearclaw is amazing, the savory croissants (ham & cheese, and spinach artichoke) are mouth-watering, and my family's favorite is the cherry danish. Not to mention the bread! If you're lucky enough to snag a warm baguette from the truck, it will make your day! You can't go wrong with ANYTHING...

These pictures of Sinclair’s Bakery breads and pastries were used to make my friends jealous. (and it worked) They taste just as good as they look. Mark is an artist at his craft and I recommend driving the extra mile or (1000 miles in my case )to get some. Truly a treat to any ones day. I look forward to my next opportunity get more of these exceptional breads...

Mark is a master baker & artisan, creating bread with the perfect crumb and chewy crust without the gumminess often found with sourdough. The potato rolls are delicious for burgers and sandwiches and hold up unlike more fragile brioche buns. It may be his pastries though that create the mile long line at Bozeman and Big Sky farmers markets! Worth getting...
