My favorite is the cheese danish, but the bearclaw is amazing, the savory croissants (ham & cheese, and spinach artichoke) are mouth-watering, and my family's favorite is the cherry danish. The potato rolls are delicious for burgers and sandwiches and hold up unlike more fragile brioche buns. It may be his pastries though that create the mile long line at Bozeman and Big Sky farmers markets! Worth getting...
