Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Whittier

Jack in the Trash I recently visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Normally, this place has been my go-to for quick and convenient meals, but lately, the service has taken a nosedive.

Firstly, the wait times have become unbearable. Despite there only being three cars ahead of me, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I noticed that none of the other cars were asked to pull forward and wait.

When I finally reached the window to collect my three orders, I was asked to wait up front. This was frustrating, considering the amount of time I had already spent waiting. But the real kicker came when I realized that one of the orders was missing. This resulted in an additional delays, adding insult to injury.

To top it all off, when I finally got home and opened up the breakfast burrito, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a complete joke! The amount of egg in there was laughable, at best. I would estimate that there was barely half an egg inside.

Overall, a major disappointment. From the excessive wait times to the missing order and the underwhelming breakfast burrito, it's safe to say that I won't be returning...

Horrible went in with a friend who had a couple/advertisement for 2 sandwich for 7 dollars he order frys, I personally was not good to eat then he gave me a a slice it was delicious so went to order me one I gave the couple / advertised paper Michael was horrible refuse to take the coupon said that number was already use I said wait my friend use this advertisement a few days ago it's the same number he still would not let use it my friend told him he has 2 more of the same advertising in the car he was not going to take it because we use one I told him that was his meal not my was calling me names back and forth then started to cuss at me all in front of his team leader marie I keep tell her and he keep interrupt me I just want to order this sandwich I told him to shut up let her the manager take over and she told him to go away and he keep at it. Then after I got my sandwich she argue with her for 10 mins so loudly I can hear him all the way in the back. Threats to go get his crew and come back to get me. Over me ordering a sandwich yell at me and his manager so horrible stupid kid yelling at me and calling me name along with threats I will be back to talk to the main manager and...

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience here was so frustrating. I felt like I had to say so. The employee who took our order, her name was Sarahi A, she sounded annoyed like I was bothering her during my order and after.

I asked for a simple modification at the window, but she told us we could do it ourselves. The employee was rude, she obviously was having a bad day or has no patience. She cut us off through out our order and wouldn’t confirm after what we ordered if she heard or not, having us sitting in silence. Then after she kept asking around 4 times for “anything else” with cutting us off not leaving room to add more to our order. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand that there can be tough customers, but that interaction obviously came from something else.

Honestly, if you don’t want to be there, don’t take it out on the customer. I get that fast food is busy, but basic courtesy and decency shouldn’t be too much to ask. Definitely won’t be going back to...
