Jack in the Trash I recently visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Normally, this place has been my go-to for quick and convenient meals, but lately, the service has taken a nosedive.
Firstly, the wait times have become unbearable. Despite there only being three cars ahead of me, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I noticed that none of the other cars were asked to pull forward and wait.
When I finally reached the window to collect my three orders, I was asked to wait up front. This was frustrating, considering the amount of time I had already spent waiting. But the real kicker came when I realized that one of the orders was missing. This resulted in an additional delays, adding insult to injury.
To top it all off, when I finally got home and opened up the breakfast burrito, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a complete joke! The amount of egg in there was laughable, at best. I would estimate that there was barely half an egg inside.
Overall, a major disappointment. From the excessive wait times to the missing order and the underwhelming breakfast burrito, it's safe to say that I won't be returning...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience here was so frustrating. I felt like I had to say so. The employee who took our order, her name was Sarahi A, she sounded annoyed like I was bothering her during my order and after.
I asked for a simple modification at the window, but she told us we could do it ourselves. The employee was rude, she obviously was having a bad day or has no patience. She cut us off through out our order and wouldnāt confirm after what we ordered if she heard or not, having us sitting in silence. Then after she kept asking around 4 times for āanything elseā with cutting us off not leaving room to add more to our order. Iāve worked in customer service and I understand that there can be tough customers, but that interaction obviously came from something else.
Honestly, if you donāt want to be there, donāt take it out on the customer. I get that fast food is busy, but basic courtesy and decency shouldnāt be too much to ask. Definitely wonāt be going back to...
