I initially had an okay experience when coming in to purchase a new phone for myself on June 20. Customer service agent Ozzie helped me and assisted me with adding a 4th line stating that it would be discounted and all the credits would be put on my account after it went through billing.
I brought the phone back literally the next day on June 21 and was asked to pay a restocking fee.
I asked Ozzie several times if my phone charges would be adjusted. He assured me they would be and they would take care of me if it wasn’t.
A month later and I’m still being charged for a 4th line and phone that was returned to the store.
I called and was given a lot of empty promises by store manager Abraham. Abraham - Store Manager called him on 07/25/25 at 12:02pm and left number and name Said he would call me back after helping customer. Never returned call.
Kevin - spoke to him at 6:27pm on 07/26/25. Left name and number for manager to call back. Said Manager won’t be in until Monday. No call back.
Called on 07/28 at 1:59pm and briefly spoke to manager. He rushed me off the phone and said he was in a meeting and that he spoke with customer service and everything would be taken care of. Asked for verification via email, he said he would send an email. Days later, still no email.
Called on 8/05 at 4:24pm. Call was screened by a female employee. She said he was in a meeting and that he would send me an email.
It’s been 4 additional days later and no follow up, no email, no contact.

I’ve never felt so much negative energy in a place that should have impeccable customer service especially when it comes to customers that have recently switched from a carrier that we were happy with prior. We got talked into switching at Target and that was a great experience but when we had questions about our bill and I needed help pairing my watch to my phone I thought going directly to the AT&T store would be the best option. We walked in and didn’t get acknowledged that we were even there. The customers that were being helped looked so miserable. I could tell they weren’t happy. The workers there looked even more miserable that they had to go to work on a Sunday. Another customer walked in and nobody said anything to him either. We all looked lost and confused as if we just walked into a twilight zone. Were we invisible? I’m really not sure but we refused to wait to have any of those associates help us. So we went to the La Habra At&T store where we experienced impeccable customer service. TALK ABOUT NIGHT AND DAY!!!!! Thank GOD the La Habra store was able to save me from cancelling our new service with AT&T!! I was literally regretting leaving T-Mobile.
