My daughter and I have been coming to this location since before Covid. There are times when my daughter is not with me and I bring her a Thai Tea, which it may be a couple of hours before she gets home to drink it. I’ve been told that in the last week the owner has made a new policy that you cannot have a drink with “No Ice”. I asked the team member if he would just put less drink in the cup to compensate for the lack of ice and he said no. I have left my telephone number to talk to the owner and he has so far been unresponsive. Additionally, I noticed that 3 of the best team members have not been there recently. As these drinks on average cost more than a drink at Starbucks, (and we drive from Anaheim to patronize this location) you would think that you could have it as you prefer. Putting less drink in a cup with no ice is totally acceptable in my mind. Well, until I receive the call I requested, we will not be returning. I hope it is financially feasible to lose two paying customers who have been frequently coming here over 6 years over a little ice! Ridiculous in my humble opinion.
