Whataburger: A True Icon of Fast Food Excellence
If you’re looking for a fast-food experience that goes beyond the ordinary, Whataburger is the place to be. From the moment you walk in (or roll up to the drive-thru), you’re greeted with a level of hospitality that sets it apart from the usual burger chains. But the real star here? The food.
The signature Whataburger itself is a masterpiece—big, juicy, and packed with flavor. Unlike many fast-food burgers that seem pre-made and generic, Whataburger’s feels fresh, with a perfectly grilled beef patty, crisp veggies, and just the right balance of mustard, pickles, and onions on a toasted five-inch bun. And the best part? It’s customizable, so you can build it exactly how you want.
The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is an absolute game-changer for breakfast—flaky, buttery, and topped with their legendary honey butter that melts perfectly over the crispy chicken filet. If you’re stopping by late at night, their Patty Melt or Monterey Melt is pure comfort food, with melty cheese and a rich, savory kick.
And let’s talk about the fries—crispy, golden, and best when paired with their spicy ketchup (which is so good, they sell it in stores for a reason). The drink selection is also next-level, with their Dr Pepper shake being a must-try if you catch it on the menu.
Beyond the food, Whataburger stands out for its 24/7 availability, friendly service, and unmistakable orange-and-white branding that just screams Texas pride. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, fueling up after a long night, or just craving a high-quality burger, Whataburger delivers every single time.

Read moreI am not sure what the deal is but every time I go to this Whataburger they always manage to screw up my order in someway. I am usually not the type to complain and I am almost always in too much of a hurry to get the order corrected. I never have this problem with the one off Central Fwy, they aren't the fastest Whataburger but they always get my order correct.
I have two picky sisters but the order is simple, today in the typical hurry I ordered two dry #1's with cheese, one with pickles, no lettuce, no tomato, no onions or sauces on either. This for some reason seemed to overwhelm the lady taking my order but she repeated back everything I said. After a long wait in the waiting lane along with another car waiting for their meal I ended up with a one #1 with everything and mustard and one #1 with cheese pickles and onions dry. For years this has been my experience with this particular Whataburger. They also have a bad habit of forgetting napkins so I make sure to ask. This time they gave me two napkin for both meals no joke. I guess they met there mandate of giving me napkins as long as it is one per meal.
I know that I wont be hurting the franchise in the long run but I am done with ordering from this Whataburger. Someone should really have a long talk with the staff here so they don't run off anymore customers. I need to start using the Whataburger App, it might help with cutting down...
Read moreThis is usually our favorite Whataburger to go to, until this morning. To start, my complaint is not about the speed of service but the quality of the food. Which I don't mind waiting a little bit of time to get my order right and to the quality I'm used to. My son and I went through the drive thru and placed our usual order: 2 taquito combos with bacon and potato (I like to have my 4 hash brown sticks on the side and so does my son), 2 taquito combos with sausage for my wife and daughter, & 2 honey-butter chicken biscuits. We get home with all the food and in no time, again speed of service was great, but when we looked at our food the smile dropped. My son's and I taquitos had bacon and potato except it looked like they replaced one of the strips of bacon with the potatoes (leaving one piece of bacon), but they still charged me twice for the "extra" additions. We still ate them, despite the disappointment. Then when we went to enjoy the "honey-butter" chicken biscuits, neither one had honey or butter let alone honey-butter. Suffice to say this was a very disappointing experience at what used to be our favorite...
