Great Wall — Restaurant in Wichita

I used to be a regular here, but not anymore. I ordered food online and after an hour of not receiving our order I called to follow up. She said the driver had already left and is on the way. I live only 7 or 8 minutes away. So after 20 more minutes of waiting I called back and she said she was going to call the driver. I waited on the phone and heard her conversation, although most of it I couldn't understand as it was in chinese. She came back to me and said it would be there in 5 minutes. I stated very nicely I sure hope so, otherwise I am canceling my order and will never order again. To which she nastily replied "WHATEVER" and hung up on me. At that point it had been five minutes and there was no car in sight on my street as I was outside the whole time. My boyfriend then called to cancel the order and she was very rude and we do not believe she refunded the money, so we have now blocked all charges from them with our bank. Very rude service . . . very slow . . .DO NOT ORDER...

if there were a way to award 0 stars then I would. Went to this establishment today 5Feb15 for lunch with my co-worker. I had never been there before and she had only been there 1 other time. As soon as we got the counter we had to wait because the cashier was fumbling through her purse for something, Then once she was done she placed her purse under the counter and asked for our order, no apology or anything. Then she was very rude with her tone and rushed us to order (we were the only people in there). Once we ordered our food and it was on the counter the same lady yelled "HEY your food" to each of us as our order came up. Totally Unprofessional. When my co-worker got up to get her food she tried to ask the same lady for sauces and in the middle of my co-workers sentence she answers her cell phone and then told the to hold on and said in a nasty tone "what you say?" my co-worker just walked away. Needless to say this was my first and last time here. the food was not...

Placed my order for delivery at 5:53 p.m. estimated time for delivery was 6:53 p.m. Called restaurant at 7:00 and they at first could not find my order and asked multiple times what my address was. After finally finding my order they said it was out for delivery and hung up. I called back at 7:30 since my food still had not been delivered and they said it was still out for delivery but they would contact their driver to find out what was going on. I figured I’d be put on hold but I was hung up on. My call was not returned. I called back at 7:50 to find out the what happened with the phone call they were to make to their driver. They replied they didn’t contact the driver but would go ahead and contact them now. Driver stated they would deliver in 3 minutes. I had to argue with the lady on the phone about how long I was actually waiting. My food had been prepared for one hour and took one hour to be delivered. I received my food at 8:00 pm. I do not recommend...
