Bionic Burger — Restaurant in Wichita

I hate writing this... I once was a fan, until tonight. Saturday evening 830pm. My family ordered dinner, paid, drove way, within 5 minutes returned for the missing chili cheese dog!! A chili, cheese dog! I politely made my request to the young man at the counter. He advised the kitchen... when the cook and drive thru lady proceeded to call me a liar... they didn't directly say liar... one said I made it, watched him cover it, and they drive thru lady continues to complain about how she don't know nor care... I was told I had to wait 10 mins !! I didn't receive any apologies... asked to see a manager, who refused to come out front, but rather yell from the kitchen about bring short staffed.... I lost my temper, demanded a refund, but was refused!! Apparently, they don't issue refunds... oh, then they called the police because I was yelling. DemandING my food or money, I left without either. I have many years of customer service industry and if the owners of Bionic Burger don't take care of their customers, they might not be here much longer.... We will not be returning to BB.... they may not care about losing one family of customers, but we will add up over time.... Too many options for cheeseburgers and fries!! Honestly, don't waste your time or money at a business that doesn't care about the customer... Sad...

One positive, the young man, maybe 16 years old was respectfull and attempted to get the manager, but she hid in the kitchen making excuses and disrespecting someone who contributed to...

This place is pure S*. They screwed up my burger and didnt put veggies on it like i asked. They charged me for an extra thing of cheese fries on top of my order instead of replacing my regular fries with cheese fries like i asked. The gal running the drive-thru (which is how i ordered), talked to fast and when getting drinks she rushed to get them out the window which could have spilt. After getting the food an going home (which is less than a mile). We open our food to see the burger wasnt correct and the box of cheese fries box was smashed in the bag. The burger its self lacked flavor when i took a bite of it. The last 4 tines ive been here they have screwed up my order, and my order isnt even complicated! Last time i ordered the phili cheesesteak and they forgot the cheese and peppers...like seriously?! I am not thrilled eith this place anymore. I use to be in love with bionic burger but now they have lost my interest. I should have got...

This was an okay place. I heard tons of great things about this place, but trying it out, I wasn't as impressed. The food was still good, but I've had better. I actually did really enjoy the fries. The burger was a little dry and what I ordered only came with Mustard as a condiment, and no ketchup. The bottled ketchup on the table tasted more like Cinnamon apples. It kind of ruined the taste of the burger when I added it. The interior was nice though and the employees were also really nice. They bring the food to you so you can just sit back and relax while waiting. Also, they season their fries with powdered flavors. Garlic Parmesan is the best choice for their seasoned fries, and worth getting. The price for two meals (small combo) is almost $12, so I suppose it's up to you to decide whether you think the price is good or not. Overall, it's still a good place to visit and try...
