There was no host at the host stand. Waited for 5 minutes before she showed. The other guests were as confused as I was, because we thought to seat ourselves. The host truthfully was also busing tables.
Server came in strong. She showed up promptly, got drinks to us quickly, and got our order in. Where it fell apart, was probably around the time she was getting her dinner in too. I didn’t mind, that she was eating while checking in, but when she was gone for long periods of time, and it was hard to find her to get a refill, to go boxes, or even cashed out, that’s when it became a problem. I was afraid to walk away from the table to let my 4 year old go to the bathroom and come back and find our table cleared. My kid had to wait 10 minutes before I flagged down another server to help. Honestly that just ended up putting anxiety on plate, because she didn’t ring us out, just walked off with my credit card and with 0 clue where or who it was with. Finally my server did come back with my credit card and we were able to leave.
The food was okay. The table and menu was dirty. The whole place seemed a little hectic. I asked for a refill on the soda and never got one. Didn’t bother waiting another 10 minutes hoping to finally get that or another to go box. We had cut our losses. We never eat here, so to spend over $40 for the whole “dine in experience”, I felt I could have ate elsewhere.
2025 -We tried again 3 years after making this review. Figured maybe it was under new ownership or management, the food and overall hospitality would have been improved. We came in, were promptly sat. Asked for a booth, which several were open, and told we would have to wait. My initial thought was the host should have asked this before seating instead of asking me as we are about to sit down. The waitress came and asked us for our drinks within 5 minutes. Watched as three more tables were sat down. The waitress asked if we needed a few minutes, then proceeded to go to the other tables. She would go back to the area to ring in the order, then stand around talking. The tables were dirty. Immediately looked around and saw several tables not bused, and the menus being sticky, wet, and dirty. My kids were cranky, made me a little on edge. Looked around more for the waitress, stood up and walked around when several minutes passed and she didn’t bother look at our table. Noticed she focused her attention primarily on a table that had 6 people, who came in after me and the table seated next to ours. She also focused on a table on their way out. Understandably, not angry she had other tables, but at how she didn’t visually look at my table to see if I was ready when I was staring straight at her to try flagging her down. Irritated at that point, just asked to pay for the drinks and leave. This is the second time in 3 years that I had similar experiences at this place which is extremely disheartening. The only positive was the manager didn’t charge us. I am unsure if the waiters have too many tables at once or if the issue is...
Read moreI wanted to let everyone know about what their experience will be like if they go to this location. I am a Dasher and I had two orders to pick up at 6:30 p.m. this evening. Not only was there already a huge line for to go orders but there was only one person at the desk who wasn't even acknowledging people as they came in. There was an issue with the wings where they were out of traditional and needed to know if you wanted boneless or not but instead of letting people know that as soon as they got there, you had people running around with their heads cut off not talking to anybody. I stood there for almost an hour waiting for my order while watching other people walk in and get theirs that had only been there a few minutes. What is very frustrating about the whole situation, is that I was asked three or four times what the name was for the order and when I provided it the person walked to the back and never came out to let us know. It wasn't until 7:28 p.m. where I finally asked the person at the computer, when they finally showed up, about the order and they reprinted the ticket. It turns out they lost the ticket and despite me asking about the order multiple times over the our nobody was smart enough to find out where the order was or what its status was. You had a manager who was not managing and I believe was hiding from all the people waiting for their food. So now I have one order that will be ice cold that I've already informed the customer to complain about and one that I don't even know if it's correct or not. And I will say this has been a display of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Usually you would have somebody out on the floor talking to people letting them know the situation so there wouldn't be any confusion about what was going on. I normally don't write bad reviews but this experience was so horrendous I feel it needs to be noted so hopefully they can either improve in the future or people can avoid this experience by going somewhere else I would be talking to customer service right now if it wasn't so late but you can guarantee I will be calling them tomorrow to let them know how lacking the staff is at this location and how lacking their ability to work with the customer is I hope their corporation reviews this review and sees how badly the situation was handled so hopefully it will not happen in the future. But I think I would seriously die holding my breath waiting for that to happen. Thank you for listening to my rent and I hope I save somebody some valuable time with...
Read moreI ordered an old-fashioned, they didn’t have any bitters, OK, so I ordered a top shelf margarita. They bring out a saltless margarita so I asked for some salt and she comes back and says we’re out of salt… obviously had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered it, that’s almost like ordering the old fashion with no bitters. For my food, I ordered a house sampler and the waitress noticed I didn’t get marinara so she goes back and asked for marinara they didn’t have any that was hot so I was gonna have to wait for them to “warm some up.” Then I take my five-year-old daughter to the men’s room to go potty and they don’t have any soap in there for her to wash her hands… so I’m stuck with a salt list top shelf margarita, no marinara and dirty hands. Why didn’t I send it back you ask? Because I’m in the service business and I don’t believe in doing that. Jayme was a phenomenal server, and I don’t blame her, it’s not her responsibility to keep up with supplies of the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bar. So obviously I don’t feel like she should be punished, but the fact that the cooks and the bartender take a portion of her tips when they really didn’t come through is a little frustrating. I have always come to this BWW with my family and it’s really gone downhill over time. And I just think it’s a little bit unfair for the servers to be punished when it’s not their fault at all for everything that’s gone wrong. We got to do better in the food...
