Cocoa Dolce Chocolates — Restaurant in Wichita

Terrible experience here and will never go back. We went here on my birthday with my family. We ordered several things, including some kind of cheesecake thing and a box of their chocolates. They never gave us the cheesecake. The Chocolate we all picked out together and my kids picked some that looked good to them as well. Thankfully my children never ate any, because after I ate some I was reading through a paper that was inside the chocolate box and found out that most of the chocolate we bought had alcohol in it. This is a huge deal because my children picked out some of those chocolates to try and we were never told there was alcohol in any of them except for the ones that you have to be 21 to order which we avoided completely. I’m a breastfeeding mother and do not drink ever and then had to wait several hours to feed my crying baby because I had consumed alcohol. This is a very serious problem and I’m so angry that my kids could’ve consumed these! Anything with alcohol in it at all needs to be clearly marked and set aside with someone who works there informing...

I was so excited to come in to try some chocolates. I called ahead to make sure they had one of the items I was looking for. I was in awe of the store, so many choices and it's really set up beautifully. The 1st lady who greeted me, was very pleasant and I wish I had dealt with her. The second lady who helped, told me I needed to hurry up because she seen a truck backing in and the line gets long pretty quick. I had already let a few people ahead of me because I was still looking. 2 ladies who I let in front of me, actually received complementary drinks from this woman since they hadn't been in the shop for awhile. I felt very rushed and not welcomed and left with not even half of what I was intending to purchase. My boss who was also planning on getting a few items, also was completely put off by the comments and chose not to purchase anything. I really was looking forward to this being a new spot for gifts but after this 1st experience i think i will find a new establishment that welcomes...

My first visit and was very impressed! I will definitely return. This place was swank, clean, roomy and trendy. Everyone was quick to help, answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed, warmed and desirous to return. The customers I spied were enjoying themselves. There is seating inside and out. Beautiful and comfortable place to talk, relax and enjoy your order. Items offered were high in supreme quality; exactly what you would expect! People dined alone, there were couples and of course friends socializing. Put this place on your list to try. Certain you will be glad you did.
