Our sales representative was Nohora Urrea Talarico she was very very helpful! We was in 3 different times checking out different mattresses each time very patient and answered all of our questions. We explained what was wrong with our mattress that we had that we bought from Mattress firm i asked if we could get a warranty claim on it. She explained the process to us. We put in for the warranty got it so we tried different mattresses the 2nd time we was there. Explained the benefits of each mattresses . We had 3 mattresses we was undecided on went back 3 time narrowed down to 2 she again explained the benefits. 3 time we went with our warranty letter she did appropriate paper work we decided on the mattresse we wanted. I want to thank Nohora for being fun and joking around each time with a great attitude doing her job . It was the most pleasant buying experience I ever had!

The deliver drivers were very professional and very nice guys . Work very hard getting the bed frame set up and asking me how where I wanted it. .there again the delivery driver went above and beyond . Oh not to mention they were early and very motivated . Cautious of the walls and furniture brining the mattress and frame in.

Got to the store with my husband and all went well. Nice lady helped us. We found the bed we wanted and proceeded to pay. Plus we were supposed to have our old bed removed. When the delivery crew got to my place they refused to take the old mattress. Said it was too dirty to dispose of? I called the store and was informed that if the bed was dirty that they wouldn't take it. Okay? I ask why I wasn't told this in the store when I paid for the removal. I was told that she was sorry she thought I'd understand that. Then the delivery guys told me they wouldn't leave the new mattress because I had bed bugs!!!! I have never been more offended in my life! I DO NOT have bed bugs. I would not recommend anyone ever being put through that kind of offensive behavior from a store you just spent almost a grand in. I will never shop there again. Great way to lose future sales. Disclosure of information pertaining to the sale of a product should be paramount. Not treating a customer like an inconvenience would...

This was my first and last time ever ordering from mattresses firm, I paid for the mattresses set up like a idiot, and the day prior I got a new bed frame, they chipped the wood in five different spots then say they would only give me money back if I got a furniture repairman to give me an estimate, I was told they couldn’t fix the damaged area due to its location and the wood type, I relayed this to their people who do the set ups but didn’t get any money back, it was a $1,000 bed frame. I am sick to death about it but if that wasn’t enough they sent me a letter they were going to close my case even thought I’ve been in contact with them, notice how the letter was sent feb 24th but they said they are closing my account of Nov 2023.
