TERRIBLE!!!! Waiting forever for anyone to answer the drive thru I had to pull around twice. When ordering my meal, the cashier grumbled Oh My Godā¦. After I paid, he asked me to pull around, (even though Iām the only one in line thereās nobody behind me) I said ok and as Iām putting my receipt and money way in my wallet he aggressively tells me to pull forward. I then tell him I will Iām putting away my card and to calm down. So I pull forward and I wait. and wait and wait. When he finally brings my order out, he has to walk down a ramp and around a corner to get to my car he throws the bag at me which I only catch by one handle. As he turns away, I ask him where my drink is and he yells at me heās going to get it. He takes off again back into the restaurant huffing and puffing comes back with my ice tea and thereās no straw. I ask for a straw. He ignores me and continues to walk back in the restaurant I ask again is it in the bag? Which then he turns around and screams this time IāM GETTING IT!!! Thatās when I decided to drive away as I turned the corner I noticed a manager outside talking to a bunch of people, and I told them that they looked like they were about to loose an employee, that the guy inside was losing his mind. When I got home with the food of course the order was incorrect! Lol how could it not be. So I had asked for an eight piece mixed. I got an eight piece chicken and thighs. I asked for mashed potatoes and then an extra side of macaroni and cheese. There was only mashed potatoes in the bag and there was no biscuits and there was no sauces. I called immediately and somebody answers the phone KFC and then corrected herself. When I asked to speak to a manager she tells me that heās in āmeetingā. The second piece wasn't as raw, but still not edible with pink juice in the middle. They said they needed 4 minutes. I assumed that meant 4 MORE minutes. No, I think they actually threw it in for 4 mins....idk lol. My bf's meal, that was ready first, was dry and just warm. He didn't get the "fresh" one lol. The biscuit was on point so I'll give them that. When requesting a refund from GrubHub, they said they would have to call Churches.
