My husband and I are Cinnamon's Deli regulars at this point for years now although he is usually the one who picks up the food. I have liked their soups and wraps since we first started coming here. It had been a good while since we'd eaten Cinnamon's Deli because the last wrap I'd gotten was just okay, even with the extras I always add.
As an aside, I am big on texture and I do not enjoy soggy wraps that are like mush and fall apart easily. I am pregnant so even more particular about this currently lol!
Yesterday evening we ordered two wraps. I did add a couple of things to them (jalapeños, extra onions...) While the taste/flavor was satisfactory, sadly, the wraps were soggy and falling apart in the tray and were so wet that the napkins underneath had gotten stuck to the bottoms of the wraps which I struggled a bit to peel off the wraps since the napkins were melded to them but also pieces would break off in the process of peeling. They were borderline inedible. I ended up throwing the last 2 halves of my wraps away. Not worth the money spent.
I like to be fair in my reviews & considered giving 3 stars but I think that would be too generous at this point. Perhaps I should ask if they can double wrap them from now on like they do at Chipotle. It will be a long while before I order from them again as this is the 2nd time in a row I've been disappointed with their wraps but I won't completely give up on Cinnamon's Deli. Hopefully they will get them right in the...

Read moreWe usually eat here once a week. Today turned me off completely. I honestly do not think they could water down the tomato soup anymore. It was water with a slight tomato flavor. I have ordered it in the past and it was not like that. It was disgusting, I did not eat it, and I did say something to the girl at the register about it. I tried to order the sweet potato curry soup on their menu and was told they did not have that anymore. Take it off the menu then. I see below the owner mentions he is short staffed. I get that everyone is, but sir, when it is noon, lunch hour, 15 people in line, the girl working the counter is also having to answer the phone and take phone orders, maybe you shouldn't decide to eat your salad and read the paper!!!!! You should help your employees get thru the rush hour so we don't have to spend 10 mins in line. A place is only as good as the management! My fellow employees wanted to go here today. I reluctantly went. I paid $11.50 for a tiny salad and a cup of soup without a bread bowl. I ordered the tomato bisque again, IT WAS COLD!!!! Seriously??? For the price I paid, I at least deserve to get hot soup! I am not wasting my money...
