Whether I order through DoorDash or I go in person to this store there is always an extremely long wait, and I’m not exaggerating I waited 30 minutes for a frappe. Also after you wait all that time there is always something missing in your order. I’ve seen the employees and the manager argue with a lady about what she ordered after she had been standing there waiting on her order for an hour, they forgot her fries, so she let them know and then they proceeded to argue with her saying that she was wrong or mistaken, because they forgot, the whole time the lady was right. Today i ordered breakfast through DoorDash and although it was ready (surprisingly) they didn’t give me my hash browns. They have the tendency to half a** everything they do. Also at this store the ice cream machine is never in order. (aka they don’t want to clean it so they mark it as broken) I’m convinced that the only reason that this store is making any money at all is because of the hospital is right across the street, it’s all because of location. Otherwise they wouldn’t be in business anymore it’s so bad. Oh yeah and don’t be fooled by the 5 stars I know someone who used to work at this store and left because they have zero teamwork. They are very understaffed but refused to hire anyone I’m guessing it’s because they’re too lazy to train anyone new. And lastly don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews they bribe their workers with free food to get them to leave a 5 star review, because they are aware that they suck and they need to do better but instead of actually taking steps to do better they try and cover it up. But alas you can’t cover something up when it’s that horrible the negative experiences are in greater numbers than the positive. If there are any positive , I wouldn’t be surprised if all of those 5 star reviews were from the employees. The entire store no matter the shift is just the worst, at this point just fire everyone and restart....
Read moreWent there this evening to get kids meals like I always do on Tuesdays, I understand that they have new people at the window but when I told the gentleman they did not give me the extra fries in my kids meal he yelled back as though I was asking for extra fries for free with an attitude about it. I then handed him my other kids meal to advise him that they forgot the fries as well with that and that I'm not asking for extra fries for free, I was simply telling him they were missing the fries they should have had instead of the yogurt. The lady manager at that time grab the both of the Happy Meals and shoved them at me, telling me that I did not need to yell at her new employees even though I was not yelling and I had simply got upset because of the attitude he had as though I was asking for free food!! I did not appreciate her attitude at all and I had to turn around and go back inside for napkins and straws considering she didn't even ask me if I had everything she pretty much shunned me and acted as though I was the one that was yelling in the first place, when her new employee was the one with the attitude and she should have been shutting that down not catching one with me. As well as explaining to him that if people want extra fries with Happy Meals then it is 2 fries with them. I have gone there several times and I am very patient. I have never got upset with anyone there, even though a few nights before I waited almost 25 minutes for food, I simply told them that they had everything and I appreciated it!! There was no reason for this manager to act that way towards me and I will be making sure that other management, as well as the corporation knows that, I was not able to get her name but trust and believe once I get through this evening or first thing in the morning I will make sure...

I was at Wesley Medical Center the infusion center, getting my infusion and couldn’t leave the hospital so my daughter graciously went for me. When she got over to the restaurant it was empty, no customers in the lobby, nor in the drive-through. My daughter was trying to get a code from me so she was on the phone with me. A black female came up to my daughter and told her that she can’t take her order until she gets off the phone. She tried to explain to her. She was on the phone with me, trying to get my order and a code. Unfortunately, she walked away from her and ignored her. My daughter then asked to speak to a manager to explain the situation that was going on. The manager came up to her And treated her with disrespect as well. I do not recommend going to the McDonald’s on North Hillside. They have poor customer service. They treat their customers rudely and unfairly. I was unable to leave the hospital because I was stuck at the hospital getting an infusion as she told the employees at McDonald’s do not go to the McDonald’s at 545 N. Hillside in Wichita they will treat you with disrespect and push you away. If you were talking on the phone trying to get an order from somebody on the phone they make McDonald’s employees there are rude and disrespectful.
