I had a big issue trying to redeem the Points when placing my order, went inside to the lobby to try to figure out my order, Robert at the register without any knowledge of the situation was so rude and disrespectful even calling me a liar, I told him to bring the guy who took my order at the window and he say he can’t do it because he was to busy and disappeared on the back of the kitchen.
I understand it’s was rush time, and the guy from the window took a couple of minutes of his time and we talk about what happened and we figured it out everything, he was really polite and respectful, but manager Julia was really close to us when talk about it and do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Now when part of my order was ready Robert grab it and knowing that it was mine he throw it to the countertop, I’m pretty sure you can all see this on the camera footage, after all this Julia the manager came she did apologize but without even asking of what happened, I ask her about the rest of my order, she got it ready for me without her paying attention because I got charged twice and missing a couple of breakfast sandwiches, we ask for the recipe and Julia told us there was no recipe for that order, I paid attention the countertop with a federal union card, and on my phone at my Bank of America debit card. Read moreDon't even bother trying to go to this McDonald's after 10:00 p.m. Last night I went through the drive-thru and ordered a simple meal. Got to the payment window and no one was there. A person in the back glanced and kept walking on by. After about 5 minutes I guessed that it was up front where you picked up the order that you also paid. Moved forward and again no one was there for about 5 minutes. Noticed the car behind me then paying for their meal. Physically got out of the car to go back to pay for the meal since I figured that's what I had to do. Again no one was there. Rapped on the window. No one answered. Went back to the pickup window and the lady was finally there and, clearly irritated, asked " didn't you see me standing there?" Funny.. I could have asked her the exact same question. So I paid. And waited more time. 5 to 10 minutes maybe more. I was starting to wonder if they had to slaughter the cow to get my hamburger ready. Finally got the meal, missing straws and other things but okay. The time stamp of my text complaining about this to someone showed that the entire experience took 20 minutes. I thought this was called fast food? Read more25 minutes for bad food. I got off a 14 hour shift and stopped by to get dinner. Not a lot of options open after 11PM, but next time I’ll try and find ANYTHING else. I pulled into the drive thru and straight to the speaker, so the line wasn’t super backed up. It took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and take my order. I witnessed other customers get tired of waiting and leave from the other speaker during this time. Once I got to the window it took some clarifying to get them on the correct order. Once we were on the right order, I am handed a drink, it’s the right color as one I ordered, but a Large instead of a Medium. I’m thinking “They’re just giving everyone large, no big deal.” I am then handed my food, and two more drinks that I DID order. No idea who the first drink belongs to. Usually not one to complain about something “free”, but I didn’t want this drink at all, and I didn’t have enough cup holders to put it anywhere. Got home and the food was cold like it had been sitting longer than my remaining commute, and the McCrispy was burnt to a crispy.
