Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita

Attn Mike..we ordered 2 lg pizza from the location 21st &tyler on Mar 29. Online at 615pm...was told we would have our pizza by 8pm...ok saturday games on whatever....815pm comes around and we still have no pizza..called. Talked to Emanuel....said it would be here in 20mins..ok benifit of doubt...we have kids who need to eat..called back at845pm was on recording 12times before it was andwered...talked to emanuel this time at 9pm....pizzas still not here...why no explanation was given.. Very big smart*. He told me 10 min this time...we live exactly 4mins from store..922pm still no pizza...said he was going to call me bk still waiting. Order number 1205815797. by the way this is the 3rd times we ordered and took 3 to 4hrs excuse everytime...

Just left this location, I had called my order in @ 7:55 pm an older lady at the store took my order.. I got there around 12 after 8pm.. at 8:31 I still had no food.. they then said you don't have a call in order.. the manager "taite" or kait? Then the cook tried to hand me someone else's order.. 3 pizzas.. The manager needs to be disciplined for the way she treats long time customers.. the manager refused to correct the situation or talk to the employee who took the order.. when I called I always press 5 it connects to the restaurant.. The manager tried to blame the "call center " i never speak to the call center.. i always press #5 to talk to the restaurant directly! The manager obviously failed to give any...

Absolute joke. Customer service and edible food? You only get one or the other, never both (and sometimes neither). Then they will send you a coupon for a free pizza that says "we can do better", but what they mean is that they can do better at messing up. I'm on my 4th "we can do better" coupon... And I seriously had the store call the police on me for not wanting to pay for the incorrect product delivered after the WORST customer service. Seriously done at this point. Going to bed hungry and that's ok. I don't want anymore apologies or "free" pizzas. All I want is to literally give my money to anyone making food other than this...
