This place used to be so much better. I would get pizza from here all the time, and they had great customer service and management. They've now been under construction for 2 years or so, from what I remember, and now the Lobby is closed. The drive-thru is always busy due to inefficent business practices. Instead of hiring more drivers, they just have underpaid food dashers wait in their line for more than 20 minutes at a time to deliver their food on pennies on the dollar. They really need to adapt to the industry standards for food service. About a week ago, I called to try to get an estimation of the wait-time for a particular delivery, the guy hung up on me mid sentence when making the inquiry. I'm not rude at all and it really shocked me to experience that from a customer service representative. I hope in the future they have employees dedicated to going outside and talking to delivery drivers or customers to speed up the long wait and boost satisfaction. In a perfect world though, they would just hire more delivery drivers, this is most needed since food dashers should never have to deliver pizzas, they don't get paid enough for that kind of service. She was never informed that they had to use door dashers to deliver her order until she called after it had been over 20 mins late. The employee she talked to was very apologetic but the manager was rude and never listened or tried to rectify the situation. She called again after waiting an additional 20 mins and decided to have some of her staff go pick up the order which was now an hour late. Pizza was cold when they received it. (didn't even give fresh pizza) They gave them some free 2 liters (wow). Her staffed that picked up the pizza also said the manager was extremely rude and yelling at her staff who were trying to help the situation. The manager said all she could give was a refund of $38.04 the tab was $138.04 and an in-store credit of $30 that was good for only 30 days and that was the best she could do. The employee responded saying yes. She did not mention they only had 2 tables. I arrived and walked to the register, an employee yelled from the back, do you need something? I replied, yes! When we ordered pasta, the lady never mentioned they do not have plates, I ordered 2 pitchers of soda them employee stated we only carry 2 Liters, I said okay, Starry and Root beer.
