We've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for many, many years. (21st & Tyler) The last couple of times it was nothing to talk about. We ordered carryout this evening because our new favorite Pizza place was closed. Probably not even a 1/2 oz of sauce on each Pizza. I'm not a "call and complain" person, but for what we paid, the Pizza was terrible. It seemed like the toppings were just thrown on there. Hardly any cheese. I called and (after being hung up on twice) was was told to bring my pizzas back up and they would remake them. I brought them back up and offered to show him that there was no sauce. I was very nice and even apologized for the inconvenience. I had tipped decently as well. He seemed very irritated and was very short with me. He said to keep the other 2 Pizza's because they were going to toss them in the trash anyway. The 2 new re-makes barely had any sauce as well. My son and I lifted the toppings in the middle to barely find any. With this guy's attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if the sauce was spit. Not eating this. Washing our hands of Pizza Hut for good. What has happened in the customer service industry? I go out of my way to make sure my customers leave happy where I work. We are done with not just this Pizza Hut that we used to like. Called after 45 minutes to check on order. They couldn't find it in the system. While I was on the phone got a text message saying delivery would happen in 30 minutes. Apparently, they now use door dash instead of their own driver. Got a message from door dash with drivers name and phone number so called her. Initially, she couldn't find my order either, then found it but said it was coming from Hog Wild not pizza hut. Decided to cancel order because I could see the delivery was going to a different delivery prior to.mine and it had now been over an hour and half. When I called to get refund their system wouldn't work so I was told I'd have to go to the store so they could run the refund. Besides the fact that every so often the website erroneously sends my order here instead of where I ordered from, they have to worst cooks and management available. Over the past 3-4 years I've received pizzas that were not cut, other pizzas with toppings clumped together instead of being spread around the whole pie (3 toppings, but two slices of a large pie only had mushrooms), crust flavoring that wasn't on the crust but was sprinkled around inside the box, wings with enough sauce to coat only two pieces, a sandwich so hard it couldn't be bit into, and complaints to management that go unheeded allowing problems to continue. When I filled out a complaint with corporate a few days ago I checked where it says that NO REPLY IS NEEDED.
