Well unfortunately second visit, second strike. (Edit: Maize location) My children and I have gotten the exact same thing for close to 23 years now. First time I came to this location my smoothie was wrong and they weren't as friendly as my preferred two other locations on West Central and North Rock. Today I got charged $2.80 more than I have ever been charged. It was very confusing but I sat there and did the math for over an hour. The lady who made my smoothie was absolutely no help at all and had no idea what to say, do, offer to let me speak to a manager even after I showed her I know the exact price cuz again I've done this for 23 years.. She really had nothing to say other than automatically takes a dollar off. Which it did not, and technically it takes $2 off. I also specifically asked if the third free enhancer is still valid with the up size. She said yes. Again it did not. But I didn't even want to go and try to talk to that lady or if there was even a manager there you could have came out at any point of time while I was figuring this out so again there goes to the customer service. No stars on the atmosphere and customer service for these experiences. (Although my smoothie did seem to be made correctly so that is a plus this time. Last time they did finally make It correctly)
So, I called my preferred location on Central. Had a few questions, specifically if each of location had different owners. In Wichita they do not. It's only a $2.80 difference but still. On top of that, with NO attempt to figure it out or make it right then unfortunately I will not go back to that location...even if it is close to Sam's or a rough morning visiting our vet! 🙌🏼🥰🎉On the other hand, Joe (Central) explained to me what had likely happened with the new computer system. He cannot refund me from a different location, understood Why didn't even care to go back through or talk to somebody from there in addition to spending an hour doing the math and every which way I could to find that price.... he's going to make sure I get taken care of. I wasn't even at his store and I'm not sure if I even know him but there you go, that's what trust, long-term relationship with customers and quality customer service is all about!
(Upsize used to be on Mondays which was nice cuz I can get up earlier on Mondays! A very well could have been me getting several free smoothies for my bridal party that changed this rule because back then you could just save up your points and save up your points as I did for that specific reason for like 2 years to get at least seven free smoothies lol again I'm sure you could guess they were still the exact same thing that I always get! Way back when the central location was on Ridge road probably around 2000 three or 2004, still the same exact thing but you were able to pick your own protein powder! Long-term customer for life and I want my exact same thing! Same with my children sister, and husband also lol I even have a couple friends that get my exact same thing nowadays)

Had a mishap of charging me for two different orders, but it was rectified after traveling back to the store from my home in a nearby city and standing in the sun for a bit (no indoor space for customers at this location). Coming back for the refund added a little over 30 minutes to a quick smoothie run; the one star review reflects the lack of compensation for my time/gas. Would not recommend this location now, but I will try this location again in a few months after they have some more experience under their belts. Would recommend any other Wichita locations...
