Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita

Manager was really rude. Was in line waiting for 30 minutes just to order. Get to the box and was told to wait. Sat there for a few then asked if I've been helped. Order my food and pull up to the window. I was handed my drink by the manager. I sit there for atleast 5 min to be asked by the manager that just gave me my drink if I got it already. Got my food and pull up some so others can get theirs. Look in my bag and got my 2 things of cheese but no chips for them. Now I have to go back around to get it fixed because the lobby is closed. Get to the speaker yet again to and told them I didn't get my chips with my order then was told to pull up. Get to the window and the manager only hands me 1 thing of chips. At this point I'm irritated. I asked a female there if I could have my money back because at this point my food is getting cold. I was told the only thing they can do for me is give me what I was missing. She walked off giggling as the manager came to the window. I told the Manager that I was supposed to have 2. He proceded to tell me that I didn't tell him how many I need. He said that it was my fault I didn't get 2 yet he never gave me the chanse. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was one. I asked if he had a manager over him and he said no that he is. I asked for the corporate number and he gave me an attitude telling me I have to find that on my own. He told me to get out of the drive thru because he has to take an order and shut the window in my face. At this point im pissed so I got my chips and left. Got home and my burrito was messed up. Half was rice, and the other half was beens and cheese. I'll be calling corporate. Horrible service and wouldn't recommend...

Seriously 4th update LOL!! Maybe I should just rewrite my post at this point Ha Ok so; their hours are finally reliable, but the food is.. sometimes. Tonight's wait was 1 hour 11 minutes. Once you're in you're in, unless you have a big wheel truck that can hop curbs and want to drive through the grass. Tonight we ordered a combo burrito for our daughter, (beans, meat, cheese and sauce) however for some reason they made it with just beans and sour cream . Sometimes they add rice so who actually knows what comes on the combo burrito. Maybe it depends on the cook for that day. Also, my pizza was at the bottom of the bag so it was stuck to the top, smashed and just gross.

*3rd edit/update lol It's 9 pm, they're CLOSED. Lol! I guess you have to get here by 8? This pandemic has people lazy! Where is the drive to want to work?!

*Update OK so who knows what time this location closes. Do you know? I don't. Google says 11, their website says 11; but they're always closed by 10; got here at 9:40 tonight aaaand they're closed! Man! I have to call my husband who was excited to get off work in time for taco bell to tell him that he doesn't get taco bell. =( what time do you close?!?!

*I would've given 4 stars but they forgot some food. They have completely messed up the order in the past, to where none of the food was right. The quality of the food is decent. And the young lady with the brown hair at the window...

Notorious for $hit $erviçe... I literally sat in the drive through for a legit 20 mins....they turned off the menu....didn't say we're closed kiss my butt or anything...got to the window and the kid says...( After I tell him my order ) Oh you want to order...I'm sorry but we are only serving door dash / delivery orders....I was like are u serious? Mind you this was before midnight....I said you realize I just say in the DT for like 20 mins...he says ya.sorry for the inconvenience.And that was it...who does that??? I left pissed.and I still am.my order wasn't difficult.everytime. EDIT: so after I posted the review originally the other day.I decided to give it one more go today( 7/1/24) cuz I don't like leaving bad reviews....and I guess they can't help themselves...my chicken quesadilla was rolled up in the bag - I thought it was a burrito..nope..just smooshed with hardly anything in it...and a loaded beef nacho...I got crumbs for chips I ordered shredded cheese ( extra) and not a stitch of it in sight never mind the fact that there was hardly any beef hardly any guap hardly any beans I'm thinking maybe I got the bottom of the barrel.
