Subject: Concern Regarding Customer Service – Jersey Mike’s, 5625 Seven Mile Dr, The Villages, FL
Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my group received at your 5625 Seven Mile Dr, The Villages, FL location. We arrived at least 40 minutes before the store’s 9 PM closing time and were the only customers in the store at that time. However, we were not greeted upon arrival, and the employees were very slow to begin preparing our order.
Two employees, one male and one female, displayed frustration through their actions—slamming fridge doors, handling food aggressively, and making loud, disruptive noises while preparing orders. More concerningly, they openly discussed our group when stepping away, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite our polite and respectful demeanor, we were met with rudeness and passive-aggressive behavior. This same treatment was extended to the customer behind us as well.
Given that we spent over $100 on our meal, we expected a level of service consistent with the positive experiences we have had at other Jersey Mike’s locations. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing enough to make us reconsider returning to this particular store.

Read moreA++ Service and Quality As with many restaurants around the country, our Jersey Mike's Subs in Wildwood, FL is operating short on staffing. I stopped in to pick up dinner last night. There was a nicely worded sign on the door asking customer's to be patient due to short staffing. As I walked in, one of the 3 employees working pleasantly greeted me as she was slicing meats and offered to take my order. There was a bit of a wait, but the sign on the door forewarned you of this. One person on the grill, one at the register (he was injured by the meat slicer and was not able to be in the food prep-line), and one gal was taking orders, slicing meats and cheeses for each order, adding the condiments, wrapping and delivering sandwiches to the register. She then tidied up and wiped down the prep area before starting the next batch of sandwiches. While I waited on my order, I noticed that the little printer for online orders was just printing away adding to an already waiting orders. All of the staff remained calm, friendly, they did their jobs in a timely fashion and stayed on task regardless of the constant stress they were under. I was terribly impressed with them all. It was not an easy situation, they helped each other out where they could and remained patient and friendly. The management staff of this store should be extremely proud of this crew! They were awesome and I must say, our sandwiches were some of the very best I've had from Jersey Mike's. Kudos!

Read morei've been in the Wildwood Fla.location 3 times, once terrible communication trying to give my order and I'm a big loud guy, one fellow just kept dumping vinegar sauce as I was telling this display of tattoo artistry "no vinegar please", "hey no on that stuff" but seems he insisted, I stayed quiet and took what I was given gave them a pass must be real busy I thought...Second time, I got the wrong sandwich, got the guy behind me's and he must have gotten mine dunno?, gave that a pass as well, not that busy in there but who knows with door dash orders taking priority over those of us who wait in the order line , it wasn't my original Italian but some turkey and roast beef combo and with you got it "vinegar" oil and no veggies bagged up and I was gone before I opened it to discover my purchase Grrrr....Third time ordered a original Italian regular on white some lady put it on wheat and again wrong sandwich meat, the person behind me order was wrong as well we both could see they were not right before we were asked our selection of veggies and when asked I shook my head and said no more that order is not right and I left it sitting right there as well same did the person behind me ...I won't be back, to bad I've spent a good deal of money in J.M's ...but not in this location ever again...three strikes your out for my 30...
