Wendy's — Restaurant in Wildwood

I went to this location today and had a horrible experience, the staff was rude including the manager, they were out of everything on my order , the staff did not have 100%focus on the customer. There was a staff member drinking in vew of the customers and a staff member did not have there sleeves rolled up while making the food , my order was not even wrapped up properly and when I mentioned it I got an excuse and an aditude, the manager just made excuses for his staff and his behavior, this will be my last time going to this location and i suggest you don't go there unless you want to deal with rude staff and wrong orders . After everything I saw today I also waited 20 minutes for my order , when other customers came and went after me , I also waited 10 minutes to just place my order , a 30 minute wait is completely unacceptable, and I do hope corporate sees this and talks to all of the staff here because this was completely unacceptable and this is coming from some one who works in the food industry I work at marcos pizza in the same plaza as this location and this kind of behavior at marcos would get you fired in a heartbeat, I don't know what kind of rules you have at Wendy's but this is unacceptable and needs...

I ordered a single & medium fry, I was told I had to have exact change 9.50. I gave her a ten dollar bill, she wanted another dollar After a minute or two I convinced her she owed me 50 cent. I drove to next window and my order was already waiting. I assumed my hamburger would probably be old and cold because already sitting in the window. I arrived home removed my single hamburger from bag Took two bites it tasted sour and was cold. Smelled kind of odd not something I felt I should consume. Threw it in the trash where it belonged. Called the store to speak to the manager I expressed my displeasure with them selling me food as such. She was not very nice and I felt somewhat argumentive. I told her I would visit the store and speak to the general manager. I have not visited Wendy's in the last 2 years, And will use Burger King and Culvers. Also the Manger never said she was sorry or offered any kind of apology. The lady who waited on me failed to give me a receipt The store was located just off 466A in Wildwood...

Hands down the worst food I've ever gotten from any wendys location. On 1/17 me and the family stopped by about an hr and a half before close. After a long day at Disney we wanted something easy to eat. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 Dave's singles using their 2 for $7 promo. The chicken seemed like it was probably cooked around noon and sat in a warmer. You could drop the chicken patty and sounded like a hockey puck hitting the table. No flavor. Harder that a rock. Threw away both chicken sandwiches after 1 bite from each. Not only inedible but also the fear of getting sick The burgers were not as bad but also appear to have sat for awhile with a bland flavor. Didn't realize the sad excuse for edible food until we were home. I would recommend avoiding this location at all cost due to lack of concern of food quality/ the acceptance of providing clearly unsafe food to serve...
