Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

When Little Caesars gets it right, the pretzel crust pizza is amazing. But lately, getting what we actually ordered has become a hassle. My partner and I order the same thing every time: two pretzel crust pepperoni pizzas. One with regular sauce, and one with light sauce.

The last two times in a row, they’ve made one pizza with the cheese sauce instead and didn’t do light sauce at all on the other. We called the order in by phone, confirmed it verbally, and even had them read it back to us correctly.

The first time, we just dealt with it. The second time, we had to take it back and get it fixed. It shouldn't be this hard to get such a simple order right, especially when it’s being clearly communicated and confirmed.

I called and I placed a pickup order to go, I picked up the order and came home. When I opened up the pizza boxes, it was not the correct order. I called the restaurant to let them know. The person I spoke to said okay, if you bring the wrong pizza back we'll replace it with the right pizza. I explained to him that it was quite a drive for me to come back and that it was not worthwhile.
