This place doesn't deserve any stars, their customer service, and their food are extremely the worst. I ordered a chocoflan cake and asked if it can be decorated the lady that took my order said yes even if it was in a an extremely rude way and when I ask her if it can be in a lilac color she gave an extremely rude reaction instead of saying we don't have those colores but we have these and name them but instead she named them like her basic knowledge of colors was all they had and I was suppose to know that, however the lady that was taking my order had a tattoo snake on her side face so if the owner ever decides to check out his business reviews so these employees learn to actually respect customers with a more welcoming attitude and train them to politely speak to their customers then customers would be consistent. My "receipt" says the color and what I asked for the writing in the cake be and what I got was a total disaster it was supposed to be a cake for my daughters birthday but it was inside a aluminum foil tin with no effort to make it look nice at least the minimum idea to make it look like was real bakery because that lady who attended me called me last minute that it can't be decorated that it was going to be in an aluminum tin and she really gave a dam if I wanted it or not, when I got there I couldn't believe what I saw she was with a nasty attitude and another lady took care of me whom at least was more polite because I didn't scream or gave a nasty attitude I was extremely polite and talking to the lady that was more into her sense and was probably the only one that had some knowledge of customer service. The lady with the snake tattoo on her face just told her to charge to charge me and that's it like she just wanted me not to say anything else and wanted me out of there obviously this lady had no education and since I was calm and very polite she thought I would be ok with that but she was wrong I am more well mannerd then her and I just want to warn anyone to really believe these reviews because by many others experience on how bad their service was and in hopes that the owners really train their employees to really have knowlege of what they sell and have that communication with their customers so you dont end up ruining someone's special day because thats why people trust them in paying not for free because i paid my deposit which was half of what i was suppose to pay because this lady didbt know anything and then gave her ruidly attuitude towards what she said i would get and ended up getting something not even near . PLEASE BELIEVE THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH WASTEING YOU SPECIAL DAY TO BE RUINED BY...

This place doesn't deserve any stars at all!! I Paid $200 for my daughters sweet 16 cake went to pick it up first time wasn't ready told to come back in half hr. Gave it an hr then went back for it. Told them want white and purple marbled icing, a pink border and pink and white roses on each layer just no writing on it that was at the time of ordering it 2 weeks ago. They brought out a plain cake with just purple icing no decorations on it what so ever. I said what the hell is that!?! I know I didn't pay $200 for a plain cake. Told them you have it all wrote down on the paper of everything I wanted on this cake and you put nothing on it then bring it out with no border and only a couple roses. I said NO the damn cake was supposed to be decorated read the paper y'all wrote down when I ordered and paid for it!! Then they pieced together a box for it was leaving the top of it open when its raining!! I am so upset over this cake!! Then served the cake and my daughter came to me and said mom its gross! Everyone spit the bite they took out as it tasted like bug spray. Went to get a refund they refuse to give me my full refund. The one lady I told to taste it that works there tasted the icing and said thats nasty. And they refused to give me my full refund. First offered me only $50 refund then after I told them I will go Facebook live and expose them if they don't want to give me my refund then they said they would give me $100 refund. I said no I want a full refund and went live then they called the cops on me. They were also handling food without any gloves on! So now I have to take...

Ordered 2 cakes for children's birthday parties. Ordered a week early and supplied pictures of what was wanted. Day of party, I get a call, saying can't do my son's design due to being too big and that my daughter's cake was complete. I paid for cakes when I ordered. Walk into store to pick up, thinking positively that ok, I can figure something out for my son's cake. My daughter's is presented to me, it was absolutely nothing similar or close to what I ordered. I ordered a purple frosted cake with emogi design, I got a white frosted cake with a couple purple flowers and my daughter's name spelled incorrectly? I already knew my son's was messed up, so I'm not going there. I stood there patiently and quietly for them to be boxed up.
