Just moments ago, I was in the drive through behind a car ready to order. The lady sat there for a little bit and after a few moments I heard her ask “are you ready for my order?” The worker replied with a snarky response “I told you I’d be with you in a moment”! The customer replied with I’m sorry I didn’t hear you. Then when she pulled up to the window I heard the customer say “I’m not sure who was just ignorant to me but it was rude and you should learn some customer service lessons”. The employee ( I think the manager) replied with “LESSONS??!” Get out of my drive thru!

My father and I go twice a day to this Dunkin for over a0 year.. the last 2 weeks we get nothing but coffee grinds on our decaffeinated coffee. Her excuses was the grinds are too small for the filters. Are you kidding me. This has been going on for too long.
