Wendy's — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

I went to this Wendy's on Kidder St today in Wilkes Barre. I don't usually write reviews but felt I should write this one cause it was very upsetting. I made an order at the drive thru and my 14 year old decided to want something else after I said I was done with my order. I tried to get the ladies attention at the speaker and she did not answer me. I then proceeded to the window n when she opened the window I asked to add 2 more things to my order i would be fine with waiting. She proceeded to close the window and started rubbing her face like I did the most worst possible thing. She opened the window with what appeared to be annoyance n asked me when I wanted. I told her she closed window and turn her back to me n told the employees what I wanted and started what seemed to be angrily tapping on her screen the additions Tomy order. I never felt so mortified in my life and that is saying something. I therefore left without waiting or paying for my order. I will never go back to that Wendy's again. I am now going to burger king. All this happened within the last I say maybe 30 minutes from the time I have now typed this review. I feel Wendy's needs to do a reevaluation of...

Very extremely friendly people. Since the big Wendy's that everyone goes to that's on the main drag there this one you can't even see unless you're in the strip mall parking lot the signs barely visible from the main biggest road. You guys should really fix that sign because the only reason we found it is because we went to the first Wendy's and they said they're not open . Not satisfied with that answer We ran around through the drive-thru again and asked do you know when you'll be open and we're told we have no idea we're working our hardest. So we looked for another Wendy's and had no idea this one was there even though I had just been in this parking lot the day before at the pet store. So kudos to you guys for being open and for being so very nice. I personally didn't get anything to eat but the person I was with did. And I'm pretty sure he was very satisfied. With kindness like that you should be a waitress. You would make so much more...

Good people, friendly&quick service. Although it would seem corporate doesn't feel it's customers and employees need know on the use of the new coupons. First had to wait to find out how many at 1 time (2 by the way) an then had trouble on using them . As I see it corporate failed to provide a good experience.

Just got back from walking to my local Wendy's there listing said they're open til 12am which was half false their window is open til 12am not their dinner area so if you're walking do not expect to be served.

As I see it personally whether it be half or not they ARE still miss representing their hours of operations for their Dinning area online. Which shouldn't be acceptable especially for a large chain...
