Put in a mobile order for a McChicken with a free medium fry and a large drink. I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 min before some short snobby little girl came to the window with “my” order, I look inside the bag to find someone else’s 6 piece chicken nuggets with a small fry. I told her that this was not my order, she proceeded to get an attitude with me after I told her that I have been waiting 15 minutes for the order I placed. I proceeded to ask her where my order was because this was not mine and I have been waiting for a good while. She then got frantic and told me to calm down and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I then watched her walk outside and give 4 orders to other customers who showed up behind me. She then went back inside, went to the back to grab my “order”. She asked me what I had and I told her. She then threw the bag of food in my car saying that this was my “order”. I then let her know to make sure she has the right order before handing random bags out to people. She then proceeded to cuss and yell at me as I was driving off. As many people say "this generation" apparently was never brought up to have consideration, respect & manners for others & that should be a given when working with the public. McDonald's got my order wrong yet once again on Sunday 2/19. How do you manage to give a customer a burger that was ordered with no cheese & the ticket on the container said No American Cheese. Very incompetent people who demand high pay but deliver poor service. My visit on Sunday also resulted in me encountering a female employee who showed no concern with my order being wrong. The young man who took my money apologized for her attitude & I thanked him for that. At least he had some consideration for customers & even knew when a co-worker was in the wrong. Unless this mgmt takes pride in the franchise they have been hired to manage, I strongly suggest they train their employees to have better people skills. More than 10 minutes after I arrived and still waiting. I went inside to get my order. The person working the pick up asked if she could help. I told her I placed a mobile order but I've been waiting more than 10 minutes outside after check in. She told me she had my order and that I had only been waiting 177 seconds. That may have been how long the order system had it up to fulfill but to deny that I haven't been waiting as long as I had with my email confirmation on my phone with a time and date stamp is a little dismissive. There could have been a delay between my check in on the app and the notice being sent into you. The proper response would have been "I have your order right here and was about to bring it out."
