QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Wilkesboro

I’m giving 5 stars because the food is always so good and they always get my order right. The atmosphere is always clean and Ithe restaurant itself is nice.

With that being said a little constructive criticism is needed. Almost everytime I go in, there are multiple workers and there will be 2 people in line and it takes 20+ minutes for them to get to you. It appears that there is no order or anyone taking charge. The same person will bounce around and do multiple things which let’s be honest none of us are good at multi tasking.

You can tell some of them are young and newer which is why I give them grace but someone working at the cash register shouldn’t be shoving chips into a bag with their bare hands. Respectfully, that’s just not sanitary.

With a little order a long line can pass quickly. Maybe have one person work the line , one person at the register who cleans and keeps supplies stocked and then the cook restocking the food and working mobile orders. Just some suggestions :) I will continue to support them and eat...

I walked in the restaurant and 2 employees were sitting at a table eating. I thought ok maybe it's a little slow, I remember those days. When we got to the counter I was surprised to see how messy the food wells were, and the kitchen floor needed to be swept badly! We always had a saying "if you got time to lean you got time to clean". The girl making our food was friendly. The food was decent. We got 2 burrito bowls. To be as slow as it was the restaurant should have been clean, and I never saw a manager. I just a lady in the back part of the kitchen and several younger ladies. 95 sanitation store even though this restaurant is a newer facility. Food on the floor at almost every booth or table. Employees seemed rushed even though there was no one behind us in line. Didn't drain beans before putting them on my burrito and was in such a hurry didn't fold my burrito properly. The result was the contents spilled out onto my plate as the Burrito fell apart, with liquid from the beans running down my fingers. As I was eating I then discovered why the employees were so rushed. They had Japanese food waiting.
