I ordered through the mobile app to try and save some time on my trip to work this morning . I walked in and there was about five employees all chatting with no customers in there completely ignoring me . I just stood there staring at them and they would glance at me every now and then and not even say hello. One of them finally saw that I was getting irritated and walked over and asked if I needed something and I told her I had a mobile order. She said sorry about that. I head back to my car to start my 2 hour drive to work and I take a sip and it is so sweet! I kid you not my venti cup had two inches of whipped cream . So I just paid for a venti mocha when in reality it's more like a grande with two Inches of whip. Their coffee is not cheap, so when I pay almost $6 for a venti I expect it to be full . This is just robbery....

Barista said they're still working on orders placed in the morning & they could refund my order. It's 4:30pm. Wouldn't it take longer to refund than to just pour the coffee? The lady Olivia was so rude by her behavior and so many weird questions just for an order that why dont I think before I place an order or why I didnt check earlier when coffee was given at time of purchased few mins ago and so and so.,, I was feeling so ashamed giving her reason that why I could not drink the coffee earlier as it was almost cold but the order was for a hot one. It was unexpected and worse experience traveling across US due to my job.
