Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Wilkins Township

If you are used to the customer service at the East Liberty location. Then is either incompetence or racism that my visit so egregious by the first person that I encountered who was the model of professional decorum before assisting me. Then in her refusal to complete my order, she had the audacity that I had completed the order. Okay, since I got the address to the store from the confirmation location, I see now that her lack of proficiency in bagging 3 bundlets stem more racism than having a bad day. While the owner/manager was busy apologizing for not honoring the buy 3, get 1 free with online orders, she should have apologizing for the older lady's horrible representation of the company! Caveat emptor, I will not shop here, again.

In full pathetic fashion as per their response below; I am instructed to link that must type for them to gather more information so that the problem can be addressed. This lets me know that even the stores with good service are now exempt from my time, efforts, and dollars...

I absolutely LOVE this place and every flavor of cakes they make!! I was pleasantly surprised to see the Bundtini's have taken off & how cute they are on the trays! The people who work here are so friendly and helpful and they always thank you & ask you to come back! I like dealing with businesses that truly appreciate their customers. This is the perfect place to buy a "hostess gift" if you're invited to someone's house for a dinner or any gathering. It's really nice to find a place consistently delicious products and consistently good employees, who seem excited & passionate about their place of work and are always friendly...and always thank you for your business and welcome you to come back. I like everything...

I ordered 2 large gender reveal cakes for my daughter and son in laws gender reveal party and paid $96.00. There was supposed to be a blue or pink rattle inside to reveal the gender but they forgot the rattle and put 2 pink bows on top so now they all know the gender. They have been trying to get pregnant for a couple of years. It took them a lot of meds, money and tries before they turned to IVF so this is a really big deal and it got ruined. I’m so disappointed over this. The cakes are delicious that’s why I went with them for this occasion but they ruined probably the only gender reveal...
