Hardee’s — Restaurant in Williamsburg

For starters, everyone here should be fired. When my wife and I arrived, there were no customers, yet they had trouble paying attention to me when taking my order. When I pulled to the window, they gave me my food without a word; no "have a nice day," no "thank you." I looked at the employee to try to tell if she was done, and still nothing. We didn't receive any condiments with our buffalo chicken fingers (nor were we asked), so I pulled back to the window and waited. And I stared at the employee leaning on the counter. And waited. And she looked at me, and kept leaning. And I waited. And I watched the employees giggling with each other. And I waited. And she looked at me again, and again did nothing. And I pulled in front of the restaurant, let my wife go in to get the condiments, and she came back out to tell me that she walked in to the vacant stares of four employees, one of which was leaning on the counter, was questioned about what we had ordered (despite us being the only customers) after she initiated conversation. We left in awe, only to realize after arriving at our hotel that we had no utensils for wet food. I hope this building is kept as a historical monument to the nihilistic, unmotivated employees who go to work not to care about the quality of their output, but to think of new ways they can waste the time of as many people...

If I could give this Hardee's a 0 Stars, I would. I have gone here several times over the course of 15 years. The service has completely gone down-hill. I frequent this Hardee's maybe once per week for a drive-thru breakfast ~ always order the same thing. Three orders, in a row, were wrong. So this week, when I got to the window, I asked: "Is that an egg biscuit?" The worker said, "Well, what did you order?" I said, "An egg biscuit." Without looking, she said, "You ordered an egg biscuit, you got an egg biscuit." I started to say that for the past three times, I had received a biscuit with meat and because I don't eat meat, I was not able to eat the biscuit. She did not stay at the window to listen to me. (There were NO other customers). I asked her, "Have I done something that would cause you to be rude to me? She just looked at me and then continued to walk away. This is the third employee in the past month that has just been rude to me. I have not received a Thank you, a "My pleasure" or any other gratitude for being a customer. I do not expect a 5-star meal at Hardee's, but I would appreciate...

This location is horrible! The young girl at the drive through on 7/16/15 at night asked me to pull up to wait for 3 hot ham and cheeses... I was the only customer there. I wait for 13 minutes at the white line. I decided to go in because I had to be to work at 9 and it was 8:51pm. I go in and my bag is sitting in the counter. The manager has 2 people behind the counter without uniforms joking and laughing and the young man at the register was on his phone. The drive thru girl walks past and says that's her bag give it to her. I was pissed, but said nothing. I get to work I have a diet coke no ice, I ordered a dr.pepper... I have cold ham sandwiches no cheese no mayo. I go here atleast once a week and I'm so done! They don't serve chicken after 8pm and the girls at the drive thru are always rude! The manager always has people in there hanging out. The service here is...
