During a weekend stay in Williamsport this place was recommended by the Peter Herdic Inn for breakfast. I prefer more local and cleaner foods than is typically offered at diners, but every once in a while, who doesn’t love the comfort of good diner food. They do have great a great selection of breakfast and lunch choices, but the food was barely average diner fare. Although the place was busy on a Saturday morning, clearly a local favorite, we had no problem getting seating quickly. Our server was friendly, prompt and attentive. A true professional, she outshined the food she was serving. I ordered the Popeye Omelette, eggs were cooked a little too well, and the spinach and mushrooms tasted less than fresh. Toast was under toasted, bacon was thin but crispy. The orange juice tasted canned. I was relieved that the hash browns weren’t flavored with garlic, but they presented more like barely sautĂ©ed sliced potatoes than hash browns, i.e., not actually brown. The featured sticky bun, was all sticky/soggy not much of a flavor or pleasant texture. Coffee was good and mugs were kept full 😁 Cute place, great service, local vibe, less...

What a great stop at Dolly's! The service was impeccable. Never has a waitstaff been so diligent in topping off our drinks. As soon as I'd get a third of the way into my coffee, one of the waitstaff would be there to fill me up. Awesome work, ladies!

The atmosphere is quaint but a bit outdated. However, the staff and clientele are so friendly and polite that it more than makes up for it. We heard and saw locals coming in and greeting one another with smiles, warm hugs, and handshakes. One couple appeared ecstatic that their friend Dan was here with his family. Dolly's felt like home away from home. The breakfast was above average and generously portioned for the prices. I had the cream dried beef over hash browns, one of my favorite dishes. My son had the stuffed strawberry French toast, and I'd recommend them if available. Yum! I'd gladly return to Dolly's for the good eats and...

Wow what a great place!!! I don’t know who’s in that kitchen. Who ever it is they are cooking with love. I had one of the best omelets I have ever had. I ordered the western omelet. It was packed with goodness. Tons of meat, veggies and cheese all melted together by the cheese. Wrapped in a blanket of egg. It wasn’t like those omelettes you get where they mix in the toppings or sprinkle it around. So you only get a bite of the toppings here or there. Not here every bite has all the deliciousness. My other half had the Dolly's cheesesteak he raved it was equally as awesome. First time there we will stop again for sure!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Everyone seemed happy the place was clean. Love it♄ Had a very nice feel and comfort. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the great visit everyone. Keep doing what you’re doing. It shows you...

Went for a late breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning in early March for the first time at Dolly's. I ordered Eggs Benedict ($6.59) with a side of Home Fries. You can get a choice of bread for the Benedict; you're not restricted to the English Muffin. You also get onions & peppers for your Home Fries for an extra 50 cents. I'm glad to be able to get the potatoes without the peppers as they give me a bit of heartburn. The meal was very good. The Canadian Bacon looked hand cut and was tasty. The staff were also not shy about filling up your coffee cup. Overall, a good experience. I will be visiting again.
