I have become disabled from a stroke in the past 2 years. I have been to the CAC many times over the years and always had a great experience. Last night I was told I couldn’t take my hand bag in that was only slightly larger than the new regulations. I would usually carry a small wristlet just to carry my money, and they always had people there to check your bags. Well last night I had a handbag because I had new prescription bottles I needed to take with me. I only had my wallet, my phone, and my 2 different medications in my purse. They absolutely refused to let me carry my handbag in, even though I pleaded with them to let me. They said it was their new regulation and I could put my bottles and contents in my shorts pocket. I asked if they at least had a plastic bag I could put my contents in and they said no, not until September. My companion ended up taking my handbag back to the car and I ended up carrying my medicine and contents in my hands all through the show. I’m very disappointed how I was...

We went to see Rent and the show was amazing. The building is beautiful and the staff were friendly. The line for will call was efficient, and I appreciate that they are following covid precautions.

In the balcony, the seats have very narrow hip space and non-existent leg room. Before the show, during intermission, and after the show you could hear people talking about how cramped and uncomfortable the seating was. I was in pain the entire show, and the seats left marks on my hips.

If you are a large bodied person, I strongly urge you to avoid the balcony seating, but I don't know if the main floor seating is any better, . Given the cost difference for tickets on the main floor, I would consider going to another venue...

First time experience. Be careful of seating!!! Heads up if you are tall or even a little on the bigger side. Pick an end seat! The seating is extremely ridiculous. There is hardly any room. If someone is sitting beside you your elbow is in their space. Your knees are touching the seat in front of you. So while you're trying to watch & enjoy the show you paid for you have to make sure you don't bump anyone around you. The staff was very helpful! Since I didn't know the seating was when I bought our tickets. I ask if there was any other available seating on the end cap. The lady understood me and for me and my husband new seats. Thanks to her we were able to watch our...

I went here for the first time ever and saw Michael W. Smith in concert. It was a fantastic performance! The staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The seating was comfortable, and the lighting was perfect, as was the audio. It was easy in and out. Parking was just a short walk from the center and allowed us enough time to eat before the show and attend the show. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the center. It is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever attended. I would highly recommend it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely gorgeous theater! We sat in the loge for a children’s show and it was a great view. The architecture is breathtaking and the sound was great. There were a few snack bars and I was expected prices to be high, but I was pleasantly surprised. Bottle of water, kids juice box, bag of Swedish fish and a bag of Combos cost me $8. Only $8! Staff were friendly. Restrooms were clean. Parking available a block away in a paid lot. As a bonus, it’s in a neighborhood with several restaurants and a brewery. Can’t wait to go back!
