Arby's — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

It's been years since I stopped at this location. However, I've come back and wow what have I been doing going to other places like McDonald's and Burger King. The app they have really does not work well. But the website has some amazing deals and when you come here the service is by far hands down better than the other places.

When you compare it to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes they can't even touch it because those places are so busy. While McDonald's and Burger King are good competitors, they still are nothing like having a beautiful roast beef sandwich.

The only other company for fast food that is really on top in our area is Wendy's but the prices have exceeded my pocketbook.

Therefore, a nice roast beef sandwich and a quick drink with some curly fries as a winter in my book. Especially when you have a clean store and wonderful staff. This is now my new goto place knowing that there is always available seat with almost no wait...

Yesterday the food was perfect, but we got dinner at the same Arby's last night and it was not anything close to perfect. The milkshake machine was not working (so I was told) and my beef slider had a tiny piece of cheese on it. I frequent this Arby's a lot because it is usually on spot like yesterday. I ordered curly fries but I forgot to ask for the cups of cheese. When I got to the window I remembered the cheese and the the woman packing my order said "You didn't ask for it when you ordered", so I started driving home and I started thinking about it. I turned my car around went back and ordered my 2 cheese cups to go with my 2 curly fries. When I got to the window to pick up my cheese cups, both the woman packing and the man serving said,"You didn't ask for them when you ordered), to wich I replied loud enough for them to hear clearly, "I know I didn't ask for them when I ordered". Yesterday's order...

Well I made a review on this place right after covid about 3 years ago or so. I will say the quality has improved slightly. It seems to depend on when you come. Like during the week the food is great weekend not so much.

So I'm updating my rating of the business overall 3 stars for quality of food, service, and how fast they get the food prepared.

I see improvement but much work needs to be done. As someone who use to go to this place once a week it's sad to see the rare times I am able to make it now the food isn't the greatest (missing ingredients or not enough) quality of the chicken being used.

You get the idea. Come here if you want a mediorce Arby's food. Come during normal business hours; during the week for better quality food atleast...
