Dunkin' — Restaurant in Williston

We went in, order two medium iced Carmel lattes. They made it incorrectly the first time and gave us two matcha lattes with Carmel. It is easy to tell the difference as matcha is a bright green color. So, we politely asked them to remake them. We waited about five minutes, there’s now about six workers and barely anyone else on the building. They put the same two matcha lattes on the counter, we asked again and they gave us an eye roll and started making our coffee. When they called our coffee for us we were presented with what looked to be two cups of milk with a light hint of espresso and no amount of Carmel. We took the drinks, I went back and said something around the lines of “are you sure here are lattes” and was met with blank stares from the employees. We walked out with our cups of milk and tail between our legs. It is just disheartening knowing we paid 10+ dollars on a sad...

How is a Bacon egg & cheese on a plain bagel almost $6?!?! I haven't been here in a while, and I guess I won't be coming back. I'm sorry but, this isn't a high end bagel shop, you can go over to green mountain bagels and get it for either cheaper or around the same price, and that is a legitimate bagel place, with amazing bagels. I only went here because my 8 year old wanted the sandwich from here, I would have much rather spent my money elsewhere, but I didn't mind because the sandwiches at dunkin were always affordable. Not anymore though :( If you're reading this, just go 1 minute down the road to GMB. I have never been a big DD fan, but I always liked that they had decent food, and didn't price gouge. It's really unfortunate that everything is going so high...

Love the mini bagels with cream cheese in them. The machinery used by the way stinks really bad. One thing of note, there is a woman there who is excellent! On another note I ordered a drink with no modification. It was the dunkinlatte. They asked me three times how I wanted it made. I didn't know because I just order straight off the menu. Again I changed nothing so I didn't know how it was made. I said the regular way. Had to repeat it twice because the second time she asked if I wanted coconut milk. I said the regular way. I ended up drinking a weird tasting dunkinlatte. Whatever I drank it. This was the only annoying experience I have had with them. The only reason I am not going there is because the dunkinlatte I was told is seasonal. Boy...
