5 years ago I gave this place a 5 star review. How 5 years can change a place. After taking 20 minutes at the order screen ,in the drive though, get to the first window and the read through 10 orders and none of them are ours. Then she finds one that is close but the a sandwich and a drink are off. She changes the order to the correct one and we pull to the payment window. We pay and get the food and pull ahead to check the receipt and order. The receipt is correct but the sandwich is wrong. I go inside to have it corrected. Inside is ,well not people friendly. I an standing by the order desk where real people once took your order, with bag in one hand and the receipt in the other. People are walking around all over behind the counter, not one of them acknowledged my existence. I tried to get their attention to no avail. I stood there for 25 or 30 minutes waiting. Finally I had enough and went back to the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes for the cars ahead of me I finally ask for a manager to meet me in the lobby. They said one was on its way. I pull to the side and go into the lobby. No manager in sight. I wait in my spot for another 20 minutes, the whole time workers who are just off shift stand right next to me and do-nothing, until finally someone from the line spots me. She comes and asks if I need anything, I explain my situation and she takes care of it, whole fresh order. She deserves a raise and a promotion, the rest of the place deserves to be out...
Read moreI visited McDonald's recently and found the experience to be quite average. The menu, as always, offered a wide range of items. The food was prepared quickly, which is a plus but below average tasting and tempature. The Quater Pounder, was mediocre at best. The beef patties were thin and somewhat dry, lacking the juicy flavor one hopes for in a burger. The pickles were fresh, but the overall sandwich felt badly assembled, with the sauce unevenly distributed. The fries were hot but no crisp, which is a redeeming factor, though they seemed a bit overly salted. The soft drink was standard, served with to much ice, but there is not much that can go wrong with a fountain drink. Cleanliness in the restaurant was acceptable, though not impeccable. There were crumbs on the table and the floor could have used a sweep. The restroom facilities were functional but lacked the freshness one would prefer. McDonald's on this day delivered an experience that was just satisfactory. The food met the basic expectations but did not impress. It's a convenient option for a quick meal, but don't expect anything beyond the ordinary. Read moreThe food was good, but it took forever to get, and I was on my brief lunch break. I think they had a system error of some kind right after I placed my curbside order because I waited like 20+ minutes for two bacon McDoubles and ended up going inside to get them, and others were waiting much longer. When I got inside I found they had switched to cash only, which was causing some frustration. I must note that this has happened on more than one occasion; I come here fairly frequently and system errors like this have happened several different times.
I must also add that, while my food was good on this visit, my wife has gotten undercooked food on a few occasions as well, from undercooked crispy chicken to even an undercooked quarter pounder burger a couple weeks ago. So food quality can be pretty hit or miss at this location. It's usually best during peak hours, and often doesn't feel or taste as fresh during non-peak hours, especially the fries. I recommend using the app to save yourself a lot of money, and so you can just wait in the curbside spots rather than waiting in line...
